We enjoyed this little taco truck for a quick afternoon bite. It's not the only food truck to choose from either. We were in the mood for mexican so this is why we chose this spot. They had a deal of 5 tacos for $7.95, I'll warn that they are small but ever so delicious. The cook lets you order two different types. I ordered carnitas (pork) and pollo (chicken). She topped them with fresh parsley and mozzarella chesse. I'm not a big fan of corn tortillas but these ones were not that bad. The pork and chicken were both juicy with lots of flavor. The meat was slightly pulled to make for a better chewing experience which it was. We ordered some mexican sodas as well. I'm not from harrisonburg but when I come back I'll be sure to visit this place again.

The tacos are good, but it's not the best taco in Harrisonburg. I've been here twice and I've always gotten my food really fast. Which is not bad if you're on the go, but it makes me question if it's fresh off the grill. It's $10 for 5 steak tacos... to me I think it's pricey for what I'm getting. I could get more and fresh tacos for cheaper somewhere else. The second time I came, I was with a coworker. I ordered first and the lady went and made my tacos and it was out to me pretty fast. My coworker ordered the same thing, but the lady misheard and made my coworker a burrito. She fixed it of course, but this time around it took super long to get the tacos. So it definitely makes me question if she gave me premade tacos and my coworker fresh tacos. The lady doesn't seem interested in serving us, but her husband (I'm assuming) was very enthusiastic. This place is really close to where I work, and would only come here if I was short on time. read more

I've had every type of meat on the menu - don't be afraid to go bold! Try the Tongue or the Cheek, you won't regret it! Tortillas are great (hand made daily I believe), the hot sauce is awesome, overall these tacos are the best in town. read more

After the tasting we took a walk around the grounds taking in all the animals. Because it was winter, we didn't spend a lot of time in the lavender fields. We did however visit the lavender shop. You really get to enjoy an immersive, interactive experience on the farm. There is something for everyone, from interactive gardens and live animals. The best for a cute little DIY wine tasting. You can bring your own charcuterie platters, which is what we did to go along with our tastings. They have tasting room called the Purple Wolf Vineyard where you can purchase your portable tastings, wine, beer and slushy flights . I would definitely return again, great place to host a cute birthday event, with your friends. They also have a really nice gift shop as well.
