They brought us a bread basket and some complimentary bruschetta which was surprisingly good; warm and garlicy. We each ordered a pizza, fresh mushrooms for all and gorgonzola for him. The crust wasn't an ideal texture but it was well cooked and the perfect size for someone very hungry for lunch. For a few euros and a quick turn around, we had a totally acceptable lunch though not a place I would go out of my way for. I have eaten there on many occasions and I have not been disappointed with the food or the coffee. If you drink tea, as I do, you will be shocked at the way they serve tea here, they obviously have no idea. On two occasions I have been served a glass of water with hot milk in it with a tea-bag on a plate, when I explained how to serve the tea properly the waitress seemed unhappy that I mentioned it and did not offer a replacement. I have had at least 3 waitresses serving me there. One was very nice indeed, helpful and friendly, one was very unfriendly and the other only smiled when she got a tip. I like friendly and helpful service and always give a tip (even when they don't write a large hint on the receipt) I would have given 4 points if it wasn't for the sour service on the last two occasions.
