The Castilian soup was basically just bread and not flavor at all :-( The presentation of the sea bass (fish) we ordered was wrong, and very smelly... like expired fish and too cooked. The salmon was raw... and when we ordered the anchovies the manager told us the dish had some roasted vegetables, but they served just with a few potatoes... About the service: we had to wait too much to order the food, and the restaurant was half empty, all was a chaos, we had 4 different waiters and they were completely lost. And we felt ignored several times... We werent the only ones in the room with that feeling.... At the end after the lunch, we wanted to use the toilet, we had to wait a lot coz one of the waitress was using it as a fitting room... it is sad coz that was one of the best places in Burgos, I hope they brighten up of this, otherwise this restaurant won't work...
