This place was a total surprise... Definitely the best pizza I ate outside of Italy! We ate two starters, two pizzas and two desserts (don't ask... We couldn't move) and everything we took was delicious. And the cherry on top was the barman\waiter... OMG... Vision for sore eyes. We returned for the second time in two days for both reasons. Very good Italian food! Spaghetti Carbonara is authentic, good amount of spices, creamy, just delicious! Granted, the noodle portion sizes could have been a little bigger. One hint though: watch out if you are a tourist. The waitress added 11 Polish Zloty as "service charge". I mean, I would have tipped him anyways; I was just very surprised that he automatically added whatever he wanted. In addition, since I paid with my credit card, they usually ask if you want to pay with Euro or Zloty. You should always select Zloty, but this guy unfortunately didn't even ask me and selected Euro. We got to the restaurant at a very late hour, one of the few that are open at that time of night. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. The restaurant interior was nice and cozy. There's a big variety of dishes and all are interesting and unique. The pizza we ordered was made as we ordered it and it was huge! Great place, highly recommend. read more

I was having high hopes, but ended quite disappointed. The best thing from the whole dinner was a plate with Italian snacks. The pasta I had was to hard and even for my taste too salty. It was suppose to have prosciutto in it, so I expected to have slices or shreds of it in my dish. So I was quite surprised when it was cut into cubes and I really couldn't tell what type of meat it was. Meringue for a dessert was so sweet that even my friend who loves meringue said it was horrible and tasted artificial. read more

Gosh the pizza here is so good. I mean, melt in your mouth good. I would rank it as the best pizza in Centrum... but the second best in Warsaw. I typically love this place. However, the last two times I have gone, the service is dreadfully slow. The servers, especially the owner, are really nice.... just slow. I mean, when we go, I expect 30 mins to get a drink and 1-2 hours until my food is served. I should also mention, my fiance and I tend to go on Thursdays or Fridays. I keep going back for the food. Recently we've been getting take out and that seems to help quite a bit. read more

Yikes guys... I feel a little misled. After a few days of eating nothing but pierogies and other Polish delicacies we were ready for something different. I found La Tomatina on Yelp/trip adviser and thought it would be nice to get some pizza. We walked a looooong way to get here and were excited to sit down and have some delicious Italian food. Like others have stated, service was slooooow and inattentive. The prices were high (even for water.... the small bottle was super pricey). We ordered a margherita pizza and the pollo pasta on gnocchi. Ok, I will admit that on the menu it stated that the pasta dish was served with a sour cream sauce with pesto and chicken.... I thought that maybe that was a mistranslation...sour cream on pasta?... it wasn't. I thought people said the owners were from Italy, but I'm pretty sure they don't use sour cream on their pasta in Italy. It was so disgusting. The sauce was sour and awful tasting... the chicken tasted like it was canned, it wasn't fresh, it wasn't grilled... it was like stringy disgusting chicken pieces they picked out of a can of Campbell's soup. I'm not sure I have ever experienced pasta so awful before. So why 2 stars? The pizza was alright. It was a pretty standard cheese pizza. Despite this, I wouldn't come here again or recommend this place. read more

Nice place, really good Italian food. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I took my girl here for valentines day, and I suppose they could have turned off the TV and added some candles or whatever to spice up the atmosphere a little, but except from this the date was great! read more

Good pizza.! Extra thin, crispy crust, amazing selection of fresh toppings. I think the best in Warsaw by far. Place is neat inside: clean , modern design with a hint of coziness. The owner is super helpful nice guy. I will be coming here for sure for my pizza fix. read more

Had two pizzas here for lunch on a weekday. Not very crowded at that time (late afternoon). Both pizzas were very good and had very fresh ingredients. Atmosphere is nothing special, but the service was good. read more

Worst service ever. After waiting for an hour we beckoned the waiter - he told us that the kitchen had been very busy, but our starter (bruschetta) would be coming shortly. I asked him why he hadn't kept us informed, or why he didn't tell us an hour ago (when we ordered) that he expected a long wait. He told us it wasn't his fault! The kitchen didn't tell him. Two minutes later, a table that came in after us got their main course - and we still didn't have our starter. So we left. Server at the bar said that servers were only responsible for drinks. Well, during the hour we only got one drink (at the beginning). No communication whatsoever - no attempt to compensate the customer for the wait (by a drink for example). They just didn't care that two paying customers had to wait an hour for nothing! Avoid this restaurant, unless you eat somewhere else first. read more
