To highlight our situation specifically, we had to relocate across the country from the East Coast to the Loma Linda/Redlands area for our career. Moreover, we were looking to buy a home during a particularly hectic time, as the COVID-19 pandemic was taking off, with all open houses shut down and many sellers suddenly taking their properties off the market. Mary Beth was exceptionally patient and flexible with us throughout the whole process. Prior to visiting, we provided her with listings we had considered on Zillow/Redfin and she in turn gave us some feedback and suggested other properties to add to the list as they came up, without any pressure in either direction. Once we visited, we had a narrow window of only 3-4 days to find and pick out a house.
