Ken Simonds is an excellent Realtor! I just closed escrow on the sale of my second home in Big Bear and I chose Ken as my listing agent. He is very personable and caring! He was extremely attentive to my home! When I first met with Ken, he spent all the time I needed to talk not only about my home, but he cared about what was happening with me personally. The locks on my garage door and front door were difficult to use due to weather. Ken said, "No problem! I can fix them!" I just can't say enough good things about Ken Simonds at Realty Executives in Big Bear. My wife and I have wanted a vacation home in Big Bear for over a year now.
