As far as the food goes, I enjoyed the pesto pasta, but I think it needed more salt and also a bit more of the sauce itself on the pasta. However, the tiramisu felt homemade. In terms of ambiance, they packed the tables inside so it can feel quite crowded with voices and people walking past you constantly. I'd be interested to try one of the other restaurants next time I'm in Paris to see the difference.

As usual, their pizza is quite delicious, and it's the pizza with a French twist, meaning they use crème fraîche and toppings that are a bit more French than Italian. I haven't been disappointed with their pizza at all. As for cocktails, the list is short but the drinks are strong and unpretentious with very reasonable prices, 9€ for each. Deco is simple but with taste and they know how to play with the lighting so it makes the place feel warm and cosy. The only minus point is the place can be quite loud towards late night (9pm onwards). I will be back, but might opt for outside seatings if I want to have conversations with friends.

Given the beautiful August week we were having, we ate outside. The menu has a great variety of pizzas and pastas, very reasonably priced, especially for Paris. The pizza was quite good, with a thin, firm crust and a good balance of sauce and toppings. Each is about 10 inches, so a good amount for 1 person, or enough to share for 2, along with an appetizer.

Food took a long time to come as well. Even when we asked for our bill, I think the server forgot about it. We had to go up to the front and hunt someone down to take our money. We were not the only one experiencing this issue. B and I ordered a pizza to share. We both loved it and it was definitely one of the best pizza that we ever had. B also ordered an alcoholic cocktail drink as well. It was a bit watered down. So, do not order drinks here. Food was great. We were not in a rush and didn't mind the slow and bad service. Bad service is an understatement, because that particular server who took our order from start to finish pissed me off the charts. I can always understand a language barrier, but hospitality is a universal language. I went ahead and asked him politely if we could just sit ourselves down since there was no host to acknowledge us which is fine but then he replied by basically nodding me off and that already left a bad taste in my mouth to begin with but my party was just too jet lagged and hungry to care at this point. None of us were able to pull the QR code menu up since the service was spotty and the server plopped the menus in front of our face without a word to continue. We then ordered with him when he finally came over after a decade. Our party went with 3 dishes and a beer. The food was decent at least, though we did order a margarita pizza out of our 3 items which just came out as a regular cheese pizza. And I know he had to know because he did repeat our order back to us before he left to place the order into the kitchen. Never once did they come to refill our water jug or even check on us. I don't even think they wanted us to be there to be honest. Unless you're able to spark up a convo in French, then expect the hospitality to be at the lowest you've ever experienced. No matter how starving I am I will never come back here.
