They managed to tear chunks out of my hardwood when sanding and did nothing to fix the new holes. They left giant gaps unfilled after I had directly, and repeatedly, asked them to fill them in. I asked them to re-secure loose boards before the job had even started and they assured me that they would fix them and then didn't. The final result looked lifeless and bland, and I can't believe it was the coating/treatment that they recommended. I fully regret doing business with them. They were lazy, inconsistent, and outright lied to me.

Once there, I met Ron Lapointe who graciously greeted me in my mother tongue and he was awesome. Super friendly and took the time to explain and show me the products I was purchasing. He also gave me some valuable advice on the project I was embarking on. I never felt rushed and felt like I was an important client. This company should be proud of it's people.
