Once we paid the balance off, we kept receiving bills from collections telling us we had the same balance. I've spoke to 4 employees at that office regarding this issue. They all say we don't have a balance yet the bills don't stop coming. It's awful they don't even get back to you to try and resolve something so simple. I regret ever coming here and referring my family. Terrible incompetent customer service!

This dentist needlessly removed the 2nd molars from my top row of teeth back in 2004. (I had…read morealready had my back molars removed when I was a teenager so this left me with only twelve teeth on the top of my jaw.) They both had multiple fillings but none of them extended down near the roots and he could have easily put crowns on them. After they were removed, the adjacent teeth began to drift toward the back of my mouth, leaving gaps between my front molars and bicuspids. Food would constantly get stuck between them and they were always getting infected. He mistakenly tried to fix the problem by shaving the top off my 2nd molar on the bottom tooth off so it would not contact my top tooth, thinking that it was "pushing" the top tooth toward the back of my mouth. It did not work, and the problem only got worse. Fourteen years later, after multiple fillings, and attempts my multiple dentists to correct my teeth, I still have gaps between my back teeth. Braces don't help because after they are taken off the teeth just drift back again to where they were. Thanks to Dr. Riehl, I am missing six teeth in the back of my mouth. The gaps between my teeth have caused my first molars to deteriorate to the point where the roots around my last two remaining top molars are exposed and often in pain. My underbite has also gotten worse since he removed the teeth from the top of my mouth so that my top and bottom teeth do not line up. Once you remove your teeth you can never get them back. I wish I'd had the presence of mind to sue him when I had the chance.

The assistant brought the dentist in to talk to me. He said that's the way we do things here. Then he said I wasn't a good fit for them and asked me to find another dentist. I'm thinking they do it that way so they can bill insurance for two visits.

They refused to finish work on my implants because I had a temporary financial setback. I can…read moreactually understand that, but they sent me to collection for $7800 worth of work that they never performed. They never told me that they were going to do that. I had made a payment two months prior, so I wasn't "not paying". They charged me for 3 implants that were never done, (I am missing 3 front teeth now), whitening, which was never done and straightening my teeth which was only half done. They were nice, and I liked them, but stabbing me in the back like that can never be forgiven. I paid over $9000 for a bridge and the bottom part of the implants. But like I said, they refused to finish the work. I won't pay the collection agency. Not for work that was never done. So now they have also ruined my credit. I will be consulting an attorney to sue for damages.

Mayra was my OB coordinator. She was extremely friendly and helpful. My service provider was Sue Dennis who was attentive and thorough in addressing ALL my questions and concerns. I received a reminder call for all of my appointments and they obliged me when I needed to reschedule. I will admit that some of the front desk ladies could work on being more friendly. However, as far as the medical staff, everyone I encountered was pleasant and upbeat. I also received dental treatment and was surprised at the quality and kindness of both the hygienists and dentists. I realize that many low income patients come here, however the range of complete treatment I received far exceeded my expectations. I am grateful our community has such a great resource.
