Will not recommend this company for mold testing. I was expecting a more thorough job for someone…read morewho charges premium; he did a 15 min walk around of the house with a flash light and said everything looked clean. We pointed out a few areas of concern which he did not even test with a moisture meter and disregarded as paint issue. He took a couple of swabs from the basement ceiling and walked out with a personal check. His tests revealed no mold and we were recommended a sanitization for additional $$$$'s. Not satisfied, I hired another company for a second opinion and found black mold right above the areas that were pointed out to him. Shared picture of black mold, moisture meter readings, and lab tests and asked for a refund - never heard back.

I…read moreunfortunately didn't catch the inspector's name, but he was amazing and looked over my kitchen and bathroom where I've been dealing with persistent leaks from an upstairs neighbor and shoddily done repairs by my property manager's "mold guys". He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great!
