The lab technician who attended me was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. While I understand that a physical ID is required, the way he communicated this was unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. When I returned with my ID, he abruptly asked me for a barcode without any explanation. When I said I didn't know what he meant, he became visibly irritated, took my phone and started going through my email himself... Then he steps out speaking negatively in Spanish, apparently assuming I wouldn't understand. That behavior was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When it was time to do the urine test, I wasn't able to pee the EXACT amount of mL of urine he needed and proceeded to tell me that its not enough very rudely again and dumps it all out in the toilet...mind you he is doing all this with the bathroom door open and there are other patients looking in and other employees just staring. At this point I have already been in there for an hour going back and forth with this man. He tells me drink water and wait until i have to pee again, what he wasn't understanding is that I made this appointment at a specific time because I had another appointment to get to, so unfortunately I had to leave and he "invalidated" my test due to refusal??? I did not refuse to take the test, it was just not enough pee for him He also was not wearing a name badge like the other employees, so I was unable to identify him afterward. Lastly, I observed him repeatedly lifting his lab coat sleeve to look at what appeared to be a tattoo with his computer login information while trying to access the system, which did not inspire confidence and it makes you question the type of people working here Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I hope management addresses these issues.

Their check in process is pretty good. A few hours before my check in time, I received a text message and I followed the link to virtually check in. If you are inside the lobby there is a big screen, displaying your position in the queue. It goes by appointment time rather than check in time, so if you arrive way early, all you see is people arriving after you but with an earlier appointment being slotted ahead of you. Therefore, there's no point in arriving much earlier than the appointed time. The screen also tells you how many clients they are seeing at the moment and how many people have checked in. Then, when I am near the top of the line, I receive another message telling me to get into the lobby (should I be waiting in the car or elsewhere nearby) to be ready when they call my name. A lot of transparency there instead of just sitting and waiting with no clue when your turn is. So... the reason for the two stars: my arm was all bruised up after the drawing of blood. It was a bit greenish and bruised immediately after, and then by the next day this big bruise developed. Definitely the worse blood test I ever had!!

The waits are long, facility is often gross, the technicians are rough, I feel embarrassed there. NOW I use ARCpoint! By paying out of pocket for my lab tests, I get a concierge experience (for cheap!). I make my appointments in the morning, I come in the afternoon and I've never waited. The staff is kind. The waiting room and exam rooms are brand new! I feel VIP. I'll bring my parents here to see their onsite doctor and recommend anyone who needs DNA tests, fingerprints, evendrug testing!

Despite arriving before 3 PM, the staff had already locked the door. I knocked multiple times, hoping to quickly explain the situation, but no one bothered to open or acknowledge me. They closed before their posted hours, which is completely unacceptable. I made every effort to get there on time, and the lack of professionalism and consideration was extremely frustrating!! Even when I asked the first location if I could at least drop off my stool sample, they refused. I understand policies and closing times, but this was simply poor customer service. At the very least, someone could have opened the door to communicate or show basic courtesy.
