I then had to drive back to the clinic that issued the order and wait another 30 minutes just to get a printed copy. By the time I returned, the lab had already closed. To make things worse, I tried to reschedule online, but the entire system was down--including their 2FA login process. I attempted calling customer service and IT support, only to be stuck in endless automated loops with no way to reach a real person. Now I'm locked out of my patient portal, can't reschedule my labs, and have lost valuable time over something that should've been a simple, routine visit. This is unacceptable--especially when people's health and medication access depend on it. Do better.

I had a list of 8 blood tests that I wanted to check on self pay vs. insurance cost. She graciously gave me an itemized list and then even went the extra step to enter my health insurance for comparison, even though there were several people waiting. I felt really seen and understood regarding my concerns about costs as the total for all came to over $1,000. With her help I was able to make a decision that worked for me as a starting point. On a following visit I had a little frustration in that the order was missing the required fax number for the doctor. But was able to resolve that and received my blood draw quickly. Overall, highly recommended this location, but do make an appointment as it can be very busy.

No, he didn't…read morehave an appointment but went in first thing in the morning (9ish) it was a 90 minute wait to be seen. The female phlebotomist was kinda rude, she was rather impatient with him & quickly jabbed the needle in. Hubby has previous experience with having labs (not his first time/he was an EMT for more than 30 years so lots of practice) this was the absolute worst his arm has ever looked after having labs done. Granted the photo was taken on Friday & it is disgusting in person. Please remember that each person coming in to your lab deserves your respect, compassion & not leave worse off than when they arrived.
