I had to come here to have a rash checked. Luckily, it's nothing serious. Just a contact dermatitis. I've had this before but, today, I had some swelling that I thought needed to be checked. I must have come in contact with something that my body didn't like. Everyone was wonderful from the front desk, nurse and doctor. They were quick and efficient. The nurse asked questions to try to narrow down what caused the rash. The doctor was nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely return to All Valley Urgent Care any time I had a problem. I contacted all Valley urgent care the first day that I came down with symptoms of Covid while I do like their fast acting service and the medication's that were prescribed to me and it were available I paid it immediately for three people. That was in January now we are in June and I am still getting bills from them for a bill that was already paid it's so frustrating! Horrible Experience ,my first time in this clinic. I walked in at 7pm and they refuse to see me when they had no one in lobby or waiting area. I asked if it was ok to see Doctor, they said it was closed and they only had one provider ,I was really disappointed, Having one provider it should not be a reason to refuse and urgent matter, the office was not closed so as a client It was the right thing to see your patient, I had no problem if I had to wait . Very unprofessional, especially if you advertise your clinic with best treatment and facilities, u should work on professionalism and service! That's how an Urgent Care should be run. I tell you my symptoms, you diagnose me, give me a prescription, and send me on my way. No small talk. I was in and out in 15 minutes. After checking in I waited about 5 minutes before being seen. If you got insurance, then this place definitely beats ECRMC and Pioneers. And you don't have to wait in an ER waiting room waiting to contract something from the other patients. Highly recommend! read more

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, because they ate not being truthful. I have taken my kids there several times and have not had any issues or problems with any aspect of the visits. Staff are professional, wait time is usually fast (depending on the day and time you go), and any test results come back fairly quickly. It's a lot faster than going to the hospital, too. read more

Do not trust your health to this place. The "doctors ," and nurses do not believe in science. No one on staff is vaccinated against covid and actively tell patients that it is dangerous. They tried to blame my mother's hives on the covid vaccine she received in March of 2021! Despite us telling them that she had been having hive breakouts for 30 years or more. They offer preemptive prescriptions of hydroxychloroquine which they say will cure any breakthrough case of covid we might get. This treatment has been repeatedly debunked by actual scientists doing controlled studies as to its effectiveness in treating covid, but evidently, this doctor know better than the CDC, World Health and 98+% of all other doctors... They don't listen, give unnecessary treatments to pad the bill and are simply not trustworthy. They sit in the hallways by the patient rooms laughing and telling stories while patients wait to be cared for. The only thing I can say in their favor is that they were all masked. If you need care after hours or on a weekend as we did, you are better off waiting at the ER than going to this urgent care. read more

I went here when I got Covid and give it 4 stars for their effective treatment in combatting the illness. I would have given them 5 stars but I told them the worst part of the illness was the ringing in my ears causing insomnia and asked if they could give me something to help me get some sleep. The doc condescendingly replied "we don't prescribe controlled substances here". It wasn't Dr Tyson but it sounded like they have a blanked policy they were using to avoid effectively treating my symptom. Like I was asking for Oxycontin or Fentanyl. This told me two things first that they don't have the guts I thought they did and second that if I'm ever in real pain again don't go here. read more

I went to the office to get a COVID Test, they asked for my co-payment and I did pay, fast forward, now they sent me a balance that I need to pay for a consultation. I spoke to the billing department and was connected with, Paloma (at least that's what she said her name was) she was so unprofessional, rude and condescending. I told her that it wasn't too much the money I was being charged but rather the ethics of it and how they added this charge in a very sneaky way without even informing me but rather they had me go into the doctors office so he could read my result and over 1 month later I was being charged with a full consultation. Worst service ever here. All the staff are rude. I came to get my covid test and they took forever to get my results. They never even called me when they received my results. I called them to inquire about my results and staff kept placing me on hold for as long as 20 minutes. Multiple staff did this and when I mentioned it, they showed no concern. When I asked for a manager, they said the manager was on vacation and there was no one I could speak to. The owner of the clinic is a bitch for a doctor and doesn't care about the patients. I went in to get tested for covid but they ran other lab tests first. They said they would tests me for covid after the labs and as i go in the tent doctor "Tyson" the OWNER of the clinic was rejecting to test me, tried belittling me, trying to make a patient feel dumb for wanting to get a covid test out of precaution and illness. My entire family has been seen through this urgent care several times for Covid tests and other Covid unrelated things. I have a heart condition and I did get hydroxychloroquine as a preventative and even though my entire household had Covid I never got it. That upsets people because it's not wearing a mask, sanitizing your hands and social distancing. Excellent service. Was diagnosed with Covid and the staff and doctors prescribed all the right medication for me to get well. Once meds started, it only took a couple days to feel quite well. We drove out all the way from Temecula and they were very accommodating. My wife has now tested positive and we are heading back for their great care. read more

Son woke up w/fever & of course, it was a Saturday & 3 day weekend. Pediatrician closed & did not want to go to ER. Decided on Urgent Care In EC., bc I had already gone once in Sept to take my daughter for VBall injury. I was very satisfied back then when I took my daughter (in & out in less than an hour. She had a fractured finger & xrays on site!). This time around, we were also in and out in less than an hour. The waiting room was packed when we arrived, however, the staff really moves along quickly. My son was Diagnosed with Influenza A (rapid test done on site) prescription given & off we went! It was a great experience. As soon as we left, staff was waiting outside our room with disinfectant, which is reassuringly as a patient. Front office staff was very friendly & back office staff was courteous & professional as well. The Dr. Was easy going & quick, however gained our trust (mostly my 8yr old sons') instantly. I definitely recommend this place! It's nice that it's conveniently open every day & you can just walk in as well. read more
