I have been to this labcorp to get my blood drawn 2 times now. Both times the on lady can't draw the blood so she moves the needle in your arm and it hurts and make me feel like I am going to puke. The ask if you have drank water or eaten like it's your fault they can't get you blood. That happened both times I went there. The one lady couldn't get my blood (assuming she was new) she had to call another lady with a whale on her badge both times. So I didn't have just one arm that had needle poke I had two. my right arm hurt like hell (from the incompetent blood draw) with black and blues on it. The second time I went here I knew I had enough water. I don't look forward to going here ever again. Train your people better. read more

You'll need to check in at the computer station first--heads-up, they won't assist you at the window until you do. I've had great experiences getting blood drawn here; the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. The wait time isn't bad, but booking an appointment definitely speeds things up. All in all, a solid spot to go! read more

Check in system is horrible. The kiosks don't work properly. People who came in after me were taken instead of me. A woman who skipped the kiosk entirely was taken ahead of me. If I even go back to this location, I am skipping the kiosk. read more

I went to the Lab in Clifton Park today with my grandchild! Never again! The girl and guy behind the desk were as rude as hell! I did not know it was a computer sign in and I forgot my glasses home. Asked for help and all she said was does your daughter see? I walked away before I blew! Never checked on us, etc. Both attitudes were terrible! I asked my granddaughter how she was in there and she said not one word, not even a smile. I usually go to Ellis on Sitterly but this doctor does not use them. I was surprised I saw so many negative comments. Thought it was just me. read more

A lab specializing in drawing blood has the least caring, most unprofessional employees I've ever seen. A rank amateur knows that you don't search around for a vein when the needle is in, and that there are other places besides the crook of the arm, like the top of the hand or wrist. Don't they realize most people dislike having blood drawn or, in my case, pass out? If you're like me, ask to lay down for the test, and for a butterfly needle. I have an easy vein on top of my wrist, down from my thumb, very non-squeamish area. It takes forever to draw the blood through a butterfly needle, but it's worth it. My husband was there yesterday, and has bruises on both arms, and he's got big, easy veins. The tech was rude. I'm going to try to add pictures. read more

I agree with all statements about the receptionist. She is extremely unprofessional. Her demeanor is unfriendly at best. She is not a good choice as a first impression for a medical office. I would like to NEVER have to go there again. Alas I need to get blood work. The technicians however are very professional and friendly. They provide a caring and knowledgeable service. read more

I have never had a bad experience at the Clifton Park facility and have been there many (10+) times. The techs are courteous, and they do a great job. I wonder if most people just don't bother leaving a good review, and those that were unlucky are the few that wrote. read more

The office manager is very rude, miserable and phony. She is quick to put on her it's all about people act, and even quicker to stab you in the back and throw you under the bus when you're not looking. I wouldn't trust her with medical information, as she has in the past "ruined" a specimen sample, and was quick to blame the lab for losing the specimen sample, but in reality she never shipped the specimen sample to the lab because, she messed up the patients sample originally, and thought it would be ok to avoid getting in trouble by pulling a "dropped shipment" by blaming the lab for losing the specimen sample, when in reality the Clifton Park office manager never shipped it, cause she ruined the specimen sample and tried to be cute by "covering her tracks". read more

Unbelievably rude!! Had a scheduled appointment and arrived to find no one available with the new check in procedure using the automated machine which wasn't working. There were at least 10 people in the waiting room. They couldn't all have had appointments yet I was not being called. Left and went to Ellis Blood Draw on Sitterly Rd (Ellis Medical Center). No appointment, just walked in. Pleasant and courteous. Took me immediately. They accept CDPHP insurance too. Never going back to Labcorp in Clifton Park. The people who work at Labcorp should be fired. read more

Normally I really like this place , however , I had an appointment at 2:30 and didn't get in until 45 minutes later. I don't have all day to sit in my car and wait. When I finally came inside, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and acted like I was stupid. They take tests very well but horrible service. read more

Pretty rude people at the reception desk. Sat in the reception area for 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. I then noticed that some people had appointments in advance so decided to leave and call in an appointment. First couple times I called I got a busy signal. The third time I got a receptionist who promptly told me they don't accept appointments over the phone, only via the web site. I then went to the website, found my location, provided the necessary information, submitted the form only to get an error the the site was unavailable. I guess if you're in a niche market you can treat customers any way you want to. read more

The girl at the reception counter is the poorest excuse for a human. How she manages to keep her job is beyond me. I'd imagine it has something to do with her being a dumpster for protein samples the doctor gives. She acts like her job at the reception desk in a lab is like the presidency where she is judge, jury and executioner. Brought my 3 year old daughter to get blood work, it was such an awful experience. If listed on what the lab offers has the option for "pediatric" blood draw then I would recommend hiring employees who specialize in drawing blood from children. This was my daughters first experience getting blood drawn and it was just horrible. Not only did she have to be poked multiple times, but the first time she was, the lab worker put the needle in then proceeded to dig it around in her arm trying to find the vein none the less having to pull it out. She then tried the other arm, with no luck. Finally got a third employee to try and help. After multiple attemps the blood was drawn. Not only did my child leave there screaming crying but now has bruised up arms. Never again will I bring my child to any of your labs. read more

The receptionist (medium brown hair with side bangs) is the rudest person I've ever met. She spoke as though she was far above any of the patients and even made an elderly lady cry because she spoke down to her so intensely and made her wait over half an hour before even acknowledging her existence. No eye contact. No glimmer or trace of a smile. Spent the entire time I was waiting texting and blowing bubble gum. Just rude, degrading, and extremely off-putting. (However, the doctor was extremely kind, and I appreciated his welcoming, comforting, and caring presence as opposed to the cold snobbishness of the receptionist.) read more
