Customer Service, Hygiene, Blood draw, and location details below. Customer service: kind, attentive, and supportive. My labs wouldn't open in the system. They were so patient in the wait for the test to come through again and even offered a second solution (send via fax). Staff made sure all customers were tended to. Phlebotomist: Tyiesha did a great job drawing blood. She has a very kind and sweet nature about her! Even made small talk and showed interest. Facility was super clean and they wear and use their gloves/mask without fault! Super impressed with their responsibility. :) Definitely go here!!! Location: GPS takes you to the outside face of the building (facing Greenbelt Hwy & Wendy's). Take downhill walkway (see photo). Go straight through and look for "M1 - M7" signs. Office is M3!

I did not fully understand some of the instructions at the time, and I felt uncomfortable asking questions because I felt rushed. Had to have some labs done for my pre employment screening so I came to this location which was the closest to my house. Parking lot is decent size so no issues there and there is a vending machine in the front of lobby if needed. Upon entering the LabCorp you sign in by machine. The desk will call you for the paperwork and ID. It took about 20 minutes overall to get some lab drawn and do my drug screen. It is still weird that LabCorp open at 7:30 am but don't do drug screen till 10 am. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a quick and easy process.

Trash was all over the floor. Blood receptacles are kept out in the open. My technician placed my receptacles on a dirty counter then placed them in a bin with other receptacles that are out in the open (potentially contaminating them twice). She then swiped my arm with an alcohol pad and followed up with a gauze that had been sitting out. I pointed out how unsterile these practices were and she simply said, "Well... we try to keep it clean in here". I bolted before she stuck a needle in me. Just go somewhere else.

I hope my review is helpful to anyone considering using their services. "I am writing to let you know that I have been through hell and back to try to get my prescription for Pantoprazole renewed. On August 16th, CVS Care Mark requested that you renew my prescription. It wasn't until the week of September 3rd that I found out (because I had to call, myself) that you hadn't bothered to authorize the prescription--two and a half weeks late. By the time your office responded, I had almost no medicine left and didn't have enough time for CareMark to send me the prescription. I leave for an overseas trip in a few hours and it took my five phone calls to your office and 3 or 4 to CVS to finally get authorization. Now I'm having to pay out of pocket for the medicine. I am sorry to say that I will never use your services again nor recommend you to anyone else. It's a shame because everyone at the office was so friendly."

Despite making an appointment ahead of time and arriving on time for it we waited 55 minutes before being seen. They have a tracker on the wall which lets you know where you are in line for your appointment but it disappears after you check-in in person (after checking in on the kiosk) and you still wait an unknown amount of time. Would not recommend going here if it can be avoided.

She was patient, kind, and skilled (all while being the only one working there). But apparently she isn't at that location anymore. We saw another technician today, Gloria. Tasha told me to specifically tell any other technician who sees our baby that they should only do his left arm, and only put the tip of the needle in because otherwise they'll blow out his vein. When my husband took our baby back to the lab today, he told Gloria that exact information. She reacted defensively. She ended up poking our baby twice and couldn't draw any blood. Now we're going to have to take him in another time - which, needless to say, is a pretty traumatic experience for our baby. Next time we're going to a different location. Very disappointed because our experience with Tasha was so positive.

She called my doctor's office, got the change, and they took me right away... the lady (I hate that I forgot her name) who did my bone density x-ray was sooooo kind and gentle. I am reviewing 1/2 way through the process so I don't forget anyone else. I'll be back after the second part of the multiple processes... okay, so exactly two hours later 2:15 and I'm done. I had 4 processes and the results provided. By the time I got to the car, the written report was in my email inbox. I'm not sure why they have such poor reviews but everyone, I mean everyone was kind and gentle.
