Dumb- Appointment process allows employer drug screen testing to be scheduled when they don't offer drug testing. A simple pop up reminder notice when making an appt would have prevented this. Only after arriving after a 45 min drive was I alerted to the time of day restrictions. This must happen often. I would have agreed with the poor reviews here 5 years ago. I have had bad experiences at Labcorp Crystal Lake 5-7 years ago. But in the recent past, they have improved by leaps and bounds. I have had excellent expeirence at this location for regular blood tests on week days. I avoid going on weekends as I know it is crazy on weekends. I also do not go without an appointment to this location. If you go on a weekday with an appointment for regular blood tests, I believe you will have a great experience based on my own. DO NOT COME to this Labcorp. Their staff is incompetent and rude. I brought my son for allergy labs. The lab orders consisted of many allergens with one allergen per page (so it looked like there were many) and the phlebotomist stated that she would be unable to test all of the allergens because it would take too much blood. She said all of this before actually reading the paperwork. As a physician, I questioned her statement. I left that place along with 3 others waiting. read more

Horrible brunette lady at the front desk. She will make you wait forever to use the bathroom. She was literally calling up people over the phone and trying to figure out things out before taking care of me, even though I mentioned several times I was going to pee my pants if I don't go soon after having had to wait for so long. They think their time is more important than yours. Worst customer service, I hope I never have to go to this testing center ever again. read more

Couldn't agree more with aforementioned reviews. Doris specifically, her I'm smarter and my time is more valuable than yours attitude sucks. They're anything but helpful, responsive, and comfororting. Which not being in the health industry, I could only assume are useable traits. I do recommend this place nor will I ever go here again. I've been having health issues (pain, insomnia, weight gain, and mood) for a while now and finally found a provider who listened. She ordered labs to check my adrenal levels, and I had those done at Quest. They came back extremely elevated. After my provider saw the results, she sent me to an endocrinologist, who ordered some additional testing, including p.m. saliva cortisol, which required that I wake up three nights in a row between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to get samples. I did what I was supposed to do and then took the samples to Labcorp. After hearing nothing from Labcorp, I called to check on the results. The local Labcorp employee said that she remembered me and that she'd sent the vials to Itasca to be processed. When I called the Itasca location, I was told that they've got no records of my labs and have no idea what happened to the samples. The woman that I spoke with said that she'll have a supervisor call me, but that she didn't know when they'd be able to, since they "travel between facilities"... I need these damn results in order to figure out the next steps for treatment - I can't take this pain any more. I will NEVER use Labcorp again - Quest has never let me down. Update - I'm not sure why my review is showing me as being in California - I live in Crystal Lake, IL. read more

They are not even THERE! Is this location closed? Corporate does not answer their phone. Yet they let you make an appointment and show up to empty offices. Alternate EMPTY OFFICE is 5911 NW Highway in Crystal Lake and guess what? Their phone 815-356-3829 also does not answer, disconnects after 2 rings. Labcorp is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and they can't even pick up a phone, so how can we possibly trust them to test our blood? CLOSE THEM DOWN. read more
