Small parking lot with about 8 seats inside. Testing area is just a couch and a chair with the tests openly out with timers. Honestly, the person taking out test wasn't protected enough to be swabbing possible positive people, but maybe it's just their protocol. 15 minutes later we were able to pick up our document with our results. 4 stars because it wasn't too daunting of a process to get tested.

Any over all impression can so easily be swayed by the courtesy of the staff. A greeting is such a simple and easy thing to do yet Dover seems to cultivate an overall climate of disdain for common courtesies. Maybe it's just generational and today's employees have a complete lack of awareness but either way, it always detracts from the overall experience. I choose to do business with companies that have thoughtful, courteous employees whenever possible. My blood tech walked into the room, went right by me and asked bluntly, "Name and date of birth", like I was in the Army. No greeting, thank you, have a nice day, not even eye contact. None of that was done. I was given the cup and told to leave it on the shelf where there were several others. Anything could have been switched or mislabeled. My results came Back showing nothing I was taking and multiple things I have never taken along with being positive for a med that I am allergic to. I have done 9 years of urine testing, never had any problems, however all those were done in the doctors office. The Milford DE office was full of patients and the workers seemed very overwhelmed. I am not at all surprised to have my test results come back Wrong. This has caused me considerable trouble, worry and stress. If anyone took 5 minutes to look at my past results they would easily see this was incorrect. When I called to have this expunged from my records I was told the Dr has to call, you know, because they don't have enough to do. Labcorp in general is a terrible company. A couple years ago I kept getting a bill of $150. The reason was the code was wrong, my bill should have been $0. After calling many times and my doctors calling many times to correct the wrong code that was put in, Labcorp never fixed it on their end. They eventually sent it to collections and when I couldn't take calling one more time I gave up and paid the bill. After that giant hassle I expect to have the same issue when trying to get the wrong test results expunged from my records. Having these results can cause me serious life altering damage along with the poor person that got my results. Why is there no help for the patient when mistakes happen???
