They are incapable of sending a bill via email, only fax and regular mail. The company is absolutely ridiculous and they just don't care.

My husband went there for a check up about 2 years back. He's in his 70s and has never been on…read moremedication. All of a sudden they put him on 40mg of a statin. He's been on it for 2 years. I was curious as to what his cholesterol numbers were prior to being prescribed the statins so I had him call to find out because it wasn't in any of his take home reports. We have called three times in three days and they keep saying that they will send us the information the next day. What is that? Why is that? There is no reason that it should take over 3 days to get his medical information. I'm so unimpressed with this facility. I'm trying to talk my husband into going to another health facility because this place is ridiculous.
