I just wanted to share that I'm very disappointed with the service and attention that I have received, or lack there of, from this provider and clinic. This provider came highly recommended to me and in searching for a new care provider and being new to the area, I had scheduled an appointment with her a month ago. Unfortunately, I got Covid and had to cancel that appointment. I was able to reschedule that appointment for today, but as I am unfamiliar with the office I had to call the office a few times and ask where I was going, and although I kept in communication with the office and made it within the 15 minute grace period, Dr Nazneen Ahmed conveyed through her secretary that she cannot see me because she is so busy. It is appalling to see and hear that as a new patient this is how you would be treated at her clinic and by her team. Apparently, to Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, it does not matter if you're trying to establish care and find a provider as she clearly conducts her business without any compassion, grace, or integrity despite following her rules. And while I hope that the people who are receiving care from her are having their needs met, this was a very poor first impression and I will be seeking to establish care elsewhere. Because if somebody takes the time to show you who they are, you should listen and pay attention. I truly cannot stress how disappointing and upsetting this experience was.

Dr. Bontu is the only Doctor that listened to me and found out why I had such pain in my leg and back. I suffered for years until I finally found Dr. Bontu. I moved to California in 2004 and have not found a Doctor of her caliber yet. If she would move her practice out to Lincoln California; I would be the first one to make an appointment.

It seemed…read morelike he had a plan but there was some miscommunication and it took months of tests I was unaware of (and time off from work) to finally get this L3-L5 ablation done. I was told if I have no pain after these tests due to the numbing medication they inject near your nerves you are a candidate for this nerve ablation that should give relief for 6-18 months. I finally had it done in December of 2025. I had some minor relief, maybe 10-20% and now I am much worse. It is February. His solution is now to burn nerves in my vertebrae. Between the miscommunication, the office constantly trying to call you and reschedule your appointments and the feeling like you are on just a conveyor belt with other patients getting the same procedures done, I would not recommend anyone go here. I hated this whole process and now I am worse. I can't get that time and money back, God only knows if my body will heal.

Not pills and shots every person is different, I don't agree with his methods or his treatment philosophy. Courtney was very flip about the lateness of the labs but suddenly they were there. She gave me the results and when I inquired whether or not to continue medication or what they meant or what I should do she told me she guessed I should get the blood tests again in 30 days. Never talked to dr about results nor did they set up follow up. Found new doctor. Very happy now.
