The people are kind and wonderful, but the reservation system is flawed to have as many "reservations " per hour and walkins. Call them reservations or appointments; they are the same thing. There has been a change in how they handle their reservation system. They used to be my go to urgent care, but not after today. No improvement for longggg waits. Look at your reviews from 4+ years ago and then look at current reviews. Something needs to change.

There is never doctors there for starters But the nurse practitioner that was working that day told me abruptly when I asked for an antibiotic for my son that it was not an infection !! So no I am not prescribing him an antibiotic and for me to go by $11 canker sore melts and proceed to say is that affordable for you ? when his whole mouth was filled with sores ! obviously that's a virus! He proceeded to get worse and we ended up at the ER and what did they give him antibiotic immediately and lidocaine mouth rinse. A few years ago, they gave my child the wrong antibiotic and diagnosed him and he ended up in the hospital with 104 fever! But this past Sunday with the nurse practitioner working ( only one ) had no idea what she was doing, and if you can't look at a Patient and know that's a virus and I work in the health field. I'm not a doctor but it was obvious. She didn't like it that I told her no we need an antibiotic which she refused to give us and is exactly what he needed. Not to mention, waiting over an hour in the room for someone to come in .. The people at the front desk, not friendly or compassionate one bit ! If you live in the area, I suggest you go over to the one by Whitemarsh mall or to Patient First because this place is the worst !!!! You Never get a doctor there, but I have heard more people complain, about misdiagnosing people there than anywhere.. How would you get the proper care anyway when they don't even have a doctor there and have one nurse practitioner but when the doctor took one look at him in the ER right away, they got an antibiotic immediately in him This is exactly why so many are losing faith in the medical field because they don't treat you as an individual as we all are and here I knew more than this nurse practitioner did, but the way she came back at me about an antibiotic. It was like I was asking for pain medication. for people to walk in not feeling good or injuries whatever it is and to have people at the front desk not greet you with a smile ,not nice is your first experience going in which tells a lot right there ! I advise you to go somewhere else. This place is terrible and basically couldn't care less who is treating the patients .

First and…read moreforemost, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the system for paperwork is slow as molasses. I've never had a bad encounter with the staff and they've always been super sweet and accommodating. The PAs I've seen have been friendly and nice. I've felt listened to and cared for both times I've been. I like that you can ask staff to be masked. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. I enjoy having the tablet to check in so that I'm not handling a clipboard. The best part is they take walk-ins and appointments but I've only ever walked in because I didn't expect things to happen. They double check on where to send any meds for me and if I need a referral, they put it in for me. I've been to a lot of urgent cares and left miserable and upset, this has not been one of those places for me.

Even when met by my positive responses, she remained mean and mad. However, my experience at the center on the day of my procedure was remarkable. Cathy got me all settled and was very patient when I explained my traumatic history with and aversion to needles/IVs. She was very gentle and sweet while inserting the IV line. Success! Carlin was the anesthesiologist. She came by and explained everything then met me back in the procedure room, all the while putting me at ease. Erin was my discharge nurse, and she was just as friendly as the others. Dr. Joshua Forman always brings his A game. He met me before the colonoscopy and again afterwards - explaining what he found and giving me instructions and advice. **Be sure to follow the instructions sent to you via email regarding your prep and do not follow what the box says. Very different instructions.
