So I called Quest to give them an update that they should be getting payment within the next few weeks, only to find out it was sent to a collection agency. All the lady was concerned about was me paying $419.46 and saying it was scheduled to report to the credit bureau. I was IRATE!!!! I don't have that kind of money laying around. So I paid so as not to have it go on my credit and will now have to pay another bill late b/c of their idiocy.
