And they don't seem to want to give you the real picture of how long you're going to wait. They don't want you to leave. . I would say to just go to the ER if it's truly urgent. Unless you want to come and sit in a waiting room all day. One caveat- Frank is lovely and the best PA we have ever met. So if you do come, make an appointment and request Frank.

While the sign outside says Urgent Care, they will bill you as a hospital - which generally has a higher copay. We went there for X-rays because my insurance says that there is a certain copay for X-rays at an urgent care. When we get the bill, we find that it was billed as a hospital out patient visit - costing a lot more! This is flat out deceptive! They put huge signs up saying "Urgent Care" when they are not that. I hate it when people decieve me inorder to make money. There is another Urgent Care over on 272 near the CVS. I'd recommend going there instead.
