But, you must go through the automatic questions and be on hold before you find out they are closed. They offer a financial assistance application but when you send it in they claim they never got it. The phone number on the bill is only automation, no real person even if you "hold on the line for a live person" If they bill your insurance company incorrectly, resulting in non payment, they wont correct it until you ask them ten times. Yes the the employees that do the work, billing and customer service rates among the all time worse for any company I have ever dealt with, including the cable company.

You will get amazing service there; because they love and care for you. They have a new system called the LabCorp kiosk. I'd never seen this before but it was fairly self explanatory and makes everything flow much better because you are able to verify that all of your information is correct.
