Something they failed to share when I checked in. Every one checked in before me has been seen and has left. I'm pretty sure the stat report will not be sent to my dr. I was just informed stat report will not be possible. But now it's going on two hours and I refuse to come back. So, I'm going to wait and be done. Beware when scheduling, some of the staff lacks common sense. If they had been with it, scheduling for a different day would have been ideal.

First call I made the lady put me on hold several times with my total time on the phone being 48 minutes and I never did feel good about that appointment as she was very confused about the mammogram and sonogram appointment being together on the day. Within a week I started receiving the text and emails again about rescheduling. I call back basically the same thing but with a different person within a week text and email start again trying to reach my doctors office now to see if they can explain seems as everything is correct and worked out. I've been ignoring the text and email since.

The system they use has no tracking of their invoices. Once a change is made to the invoice, it changes it for all the past invoices as well. In other words, if you received an invoice in Jan via email and a change needs to be made in Feb, when you go back to look at the Jan invoice, it now looks like the new changed invoice. Not good tracking at all! I had over $2,000.00 added to my first invoice from the signed proposal amount. I never did get an answer as to why the increase was made. They put the total amount in the first line item of their invoice so you have no idea how much is being charged for each line item. When I requested an itemized invoice for my insurance company, it took 6 tries before I received it itemized and then the line items added up did not match the total on the invoice. They are now refusing to respond to any inquiries from me or my insurance company to get a correct invoice. Regardless of the work being performed correctly is not a good enough reason to use this company. Stay away! They don't allow you to leave a review on their website so you will never see a negative review there and they have no Google profile either. Very shady!

One of them broke his toe earlier in the morning and was barely doing anything (don't blame him. Sucks they made him work through it) The other inspector frank was condescending and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Had to argue with him to look at the deck and under it for issues we discovered ourself. Then we get a boilerplate inspection report with pictures missing and nothing meaningful. no response when asked about it. The technician scheduled to perform my procedure left partway through and turned it over to his assistant who botched it. That switch is the source of every problem below. At no point during the procedure was I shown the progress. A patient has no way to verify what is actually being placed, and I do not consider that acceptable. I paid for 1,500 grafts at $5 per graft and did not receive anywhere near that number. The placement is spaced widely enough that I was able to sit down and count what was actually there. My count came to approximately 543. I have also had it looked at outside this clinic, and no one has been able to reconcile what is on my head with 1,500 grafts. The result is also visibly uneven, even noticed by their staff when I went for my follow-up. The hairline was placed using 3 and 4 hair grafts. Single hair grafts belong in the hairline, and anyone practicing in this field knows that. The result reflects it. The work also does not blend into my native hair. There are gaps, the angles are incorrect in places, and it does not integrate with what was already there. When I raised these concerns afterward, I was given a list of excuses. My concerns were dismissed and I was directed back to the paperwork. That has been the most difficult part of this. I now have to wait for everything to heal before any of it can be corrected
