Mohammed was able to fix the burner immediately and had to order parts for the other repairs. He came out less than a week later with the parts and had us back in business quickly. Additionally, while he was here, we noticed that our "Instant Hot" under the sink was leaking. He identified the problem and because he was going out of town, found the part for us online to order and told us it would be easy enough for us to repair. (It was). He calls to schedule and then called about 45 minutes ahead of his arrival to let us know he was on the way. He is neat, friendly and extremely well versed in different appliance repairs.
