Basically telling her she will get to her when she gets to her (gave no approximate time on when she could be seen), that she knew there was people in the waiting room but wasn't her job to cater to their every needs. My wife immediately walked out in tears. It is ridiculous how unprofessional the staff was. I have never in my life left a bad review because I know people have bad days and things happen, but when you are talking disgustingly to a 32 week pregnant woman I start to have issues. The rudeness and the lack of professionalism is absolutely baffling to me. Corporate needs to look into this location and changes in the staff needs to be done in my opinion. She later went to the Jenks location and said it was an amazing experience and actually enjoyed them. I suggest anyone thinking about going to the BA location to reconsider and to go to ANY other location, Jenks is at the top of our list though!
