Never an issue here! I have had to make three visits this past year here, check in is a breeze and I'm in and out in 15 minutes. The techs who draw blood also make things as painless as possible. Everyone is friendly too! Very clean office as well. read more

Note: This review is solely based on my communication between the staff and details of the building. Staff was kind and honest, but couldn't give me a straight forward answer of how much an out of pocket lab test would be unless I called their corporate number. Considering I had all the specifics of what I needed done in front of me and their staff, I figured it wouldnt have been unreasonable for them to have an answer or even rough estimate of the costs. The two woman at the front desk on 1/30 at roughly 12pm were so rude! I tried to explain the nature of my visit and i felt like i was talking to a wall . After everything was said and done I was asked to sign a paper with a fee on it. Wasn't even given instruction as to what it was for. I was given a cup for Urine after I mentioned that the doctor didn't order it and was given an attitude when I refused to put my name on the cup. The Intern that took my blood was exceptional though!!! (She had a boot on her foot) everyone else seemed like they had sticks up their asses! read more

I went there yesterday and they were busy! Almost was going to leave, but checked in, and settled in for a long wait. Five minutes later, and my name was called. Angie was calm, professional, and courteous She didn't flinch when she saw my script, which was very large. Meanwhile, she reached out compassionately to a young woman obviously in distress about how the process works and offered her an option. I waited a short amount of time and the Angie, yes the same one multitasking took my blood, quickly, painlessly, and a lot lol! I will go out of my way to go to this location and I live in Sparta, 4 miles from the Andover location. I had a great experience in the summer as well. 5+stars!! read more

4 stars because of the quick and polite service I received. I only had to pee in a cup thank God.. If you don't have an appointment, you'll be waiting.. and you can expect to be waiting approximately 90ish minutes depending on how many other people are there waiting. But the waiting area is clean and the chairs are comfy... I played a couple games of angry birds to start killing time, then ran out of lives.. Then, put on Nexflix and just when I was gonna get all involved in Days of Thunder, they called my name.. Great timing.. I love me some Rowdy Burns! Place was clean, and you're required to lock up all your personal belongings in a lock box in the bathroom prior to doing your business... This is what I call an "Empty Pockets Process." I guess someone tried to bring in their own pee from home and use it.. Shame shame.. You don't bring sand to the beach, do you...? I think not! Use fresh pee people!! Also, this place is located right off 46, on Powder Mill Road.... I know this because the receptionist must have said that over 10 times to someone on the phone who obviously had a hearing impairment.. and I also saw the street sign upon my departure for personal verification... This place is everything you could hope for in a blood draw location; the women who work here are professional, gentle, and excellent at drawing blood. They are good with children, and have a place in the back where you can lie down if you feel faint. If you don't have an appointment, expect to wait, especially if you have an early morning appointment. Book online at least 2 weeks in advance for a morning appointment. Make sure to make an appointment online as soon as you know you need to go to a Labcorp. The mornings are always crowded with people who don't have appointments. The ladies that work here are nice and they are gentle when drawing blood or whatever other lab services they provide. Since this facility is in a complex, there's plenty of parking and is close to a ride and share depot. read more

This was my second time at a labcorp location. The first time was at the livingston location which was absolutely applying and disgusting. So I was apprehensive about trying another location. However this location met almost all of my expectations. I stopped by without an appointment at around 12:40 figuring the morning rush would be over. There were tons of people waiting in the office when I arrived, one woman who had an appointment had already been waiting a half an hour. I spoke to another couple of people waiting who said that there's never any rhyme or reason to when they're busy or aren't, sometimes they've walked in and out very quickly other times they wait a while. My only complaint was that I had to wait around an hour before being taken, they said they were having some issues with their internet so maybe that contributed to it, i don't really know but that is the only reason for me not giving 5 stars. Everything else went smoothly once I was called, the office was organized and clean, the bathroom was very clean and the rooms where blood was drawn were also very clean and tidy, the girl who took my blood was excellent and efficient. I would come to this location again, even if I have to wait so long - because the livingston location was so disgusting that I can't ever go back there. Next time I will try making an appointment, hopefully that would help move things along. read more

They should save the money on the receptionist and hire a pit bull. The pit bull would be much more friendlier and definitely more helpful. I don't get how they can actually hire someone with that attitude. Enjoy this one. If there was a Worst Receptionist of the Year, this older woman would win it. Even if you don't have to go there, you should stop in to witness this. read more

Please please please please...do yourself a favor and look for another laboratory for testing. Without going into too much detail, these people made me go through hell and in the end, I'm back at square one. They don't know what they can or can't collect....and they provide you no instructions. Please do your research prior to speaking with them. My recommendation is to speak to a local hospital in the area to see if the laboratory can provide an analysis. These people disgust me. read more

If I could give a negative rating to this company, I would. I have had 2 different hair specimen collected by 2 different collection facilities 33 miles apart, for a pre-employment drug screening. Two specimen you ask? Well, they lost the first one after it was signed for by their laboratory in RTP, NC. Come to find out, I will be getting a THIRD one done tomorrow due to the second being lost as well. I have FedEx tracking with the name of who signed for it at the facility and there isn't anyone that can track either of them down. I don't even care about the 6 bald spots on the back of my head, soon to be 9 spots. I just want the testing to be completed. Their customer service is horrible! read more

This was the first time I used this LabCorp location and I was extremely pleased. I arrived at 6:55am (facility opens at 7:00am) on a Saturday morning and I found 15 people in line in front of me. The entire staff was very accommodating. I was in and out within 1 hour without an appointment. read more

Kudos to the lab technician who drew my blood today. She was extremely efficient and professional. I did not have a positive experience checking in at the reception area. The only positive was using the express check-in was which was extremely easy. The two ladies at the reception area were not very pleasant. As I waited patiently for my name to be called, I witnessed extreme rudeness to the patients who were before me. They were on able to pronounce most of the patients first name and the receptionists became irritated when the patients waiting could not understand them. Within an hours time, my name was finally called, it was missed pronounced of course, and I went up to the reception area. They asked me for my RX for blood. I was handed a cup and asked to put my name on it and use the restroom. That's it. There was no further instruction given. When I asked the receptionist where the restroom was, she was annoyed and said behind the wall. I was able to find the restroom and I thought there would be an area to leave the cup, but there was not. I finally asked one of the lab technicians and she showed me the area, in a separate room, to leave the cup. Now what?? I was ready to have my blood drawn. I waited in a hallway for another 20 minutes and I was ignored. I finally went back to the reception area to ask when my blood was going to be drawn, and the response was an extremely rude sit down. I will certainly never use this lab Corp location again and I do not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Never thought I'd be writing a review for a lab, but I've had two great experiences here in the past week. I had issues at another labcorp location in the past, so was apprehensive about undergoing a lengthy test requiring several blood draws. The ladies at this lab are great at what they do: efficient, friendly, and really seem to know what they are doing. It does get busy in the mornings, with a few people lining up outside before they open (I did this - so worth it). But, the staff starts promptly at 7:00 and moves people through as quickly as they can. Will definitely be using this location in the future! read more

i've been to a few locations and the staff here is very helpful and also efficient. i arrived late morning without an appointment and used the express check in while i watched a staff member patiently assist another patient entering their information to check in... the staff also helped an elderly patient into the office with their walker :) read more

The staff at this labcorp are rude and plain vicious--for goodness sake, look into a different place to get your blood drawn or tests done. I frequently need to get blood work done so I am a pro when it comes to needles and I don't mind it but do they need to use the veins that bruise the most? Look at one arm and then realize AFTER they poked me that the vein wasn't good enough and then stab the other arm? No wonder a lot of the kids at this location were wailing in pain and misery! Additionally, how the hell do they not have the ability to look up my insurance information?! They sure as hell can bill me like crazy ! The staff is filled with idiots who don't know what they're doing from a phlebotomy standpoint and a simple office standpoint. They also don't know how to treat people--they are rude both in person and on the phone. I don't know how to put this politely but their staff is the opposite of accommodating and genuinely horrible even though I have been using this company's services for years. The staff is disgusting and horrible. The only person I like here is the one phlebotomist with a thick accent--she's gentle with patients, genuinely caring, and actually accommodating unlike the rest of the staff. This location is absolutely horrible, experience wise, even though it is closer to where I live. Getting blood drawn here is like getting stabbed with a blunt rusty butter knife and the customer service and knowledge of staff is comparable to getting blood drawn by a child with a play doctor set. If you want to wait for an eternity even though you scheduled an appointment and get bruised arms that make you look like you got attacked by a snake, go here! The staff disgusts me. If I could give -5 stars I would. They don't even deserve one star. read more
