First time coming to this location as my usual one has switched to now appointment only and no longer takes walk ins. There is very tight parking out front but in the back of the building there is an additional lot. Upon walking in the building itself is definitely do for some major upkeep and repainting. There were many dings and scratches on the walls and floors. I waited maybe 5 minutes after check in on the tablet for someone to take me back take payment and tell me which room to go to for my lab work. I did notice this location maybe it's the lighting but it just felt dirty to me the floors and building itself. My lab work was super quick and painless. The place is run by young people. They are nice enough but when I had an issue they weren't able to resolve it. In fact I don't think they knew how. I like labcorp but def try a different location. My first time there the girl stuck me 3 times. I have deep veins but labcorp girls are usually get it the first time. My second and last time there I had pre registered prior to my arrival a covid antibody test and had paid the $6 fee. When I arrived they couldn't find it in the system. I was told to re register and pay the $6 fee again. After showing the tech I had a $6 fee pending from labcorp she was stumped. I was told to call customer service. I left. Dirty and unsanitary practices in this lab. This business is so disgusting and has inexperienced techs working. The tech tried to poke my son's arm and ripped the tip off his glove. But did not even clean my son's arm with alcohol prior to inserting the needle. The tech told me he was just feeling around but decided to stick instead without cleaning my son's arm. The tech did not wash his hands nor sanitize his hands. So the techs dirty finger touched my son's skin and the needle was pierced through that bacteria. Huge risk for infection. I routinely come here for blood testing. My veins are damaged from chemo in the past, so it is difficult to use the vein in my arm and only one arm may be used. If the phlebotomist cannot get it on the first try, they ask someone else who is expert at the difficult cases like mine. They never need to resort to using my hand. I went there for early for a pre-employment exam. I was about to fall in line to ask about my appt. I haven't even approached the counter and the receptionist started yelling at me that about their office hours and I have to wait and take a seat. I haven't even opened my mouth. I think she taught I was a day laborer and could not speak English. How rude and discriminatory this place. They should be reported to the EOC to be shut down. read more

I don't understand why this location has such bad reviews. I have been here for 3 years with all blood work requests and have never had an issue. The ladies at the front counter and the lab attendants taking blood have always been so pleasant. I have even taken my baby to get blood work here and they were the sweetest ever. I never wait for more than 20 minutes and even showed up this morning at 7:30AM and was checked-in and had blood drawn within 15-20 minutes. They are organized and efficient. Almost one month now and primary care has not received my lab results and my specimens are presumed lost. Perhaps this is because I complained about the extremely dirty conditions and the fact that the woman who came to draw my blood had a white plastic bin with the butterfly and test vials and someone elses dried blood in the bottom! Yikes, disgusting, disturbing, and NJDOH violation. DO you know how long hepatitis and AIDS live outside the body. So you subject me to serious illness and then my samples disappear. Terrible staff. I went for a urine test, and am bladder shy to begin with. I have been to Wayne before and should have went there. The woman helping me out gave me "three" tries to go to the bathroom and was extremely rude. She kept knocking on the door telling me my time was up, I have never heard of such a thing and will never be going back. I did end up going to the bathroom right before I left but of course she would not let me use the cup resulting in me having to go back. I had a 130 pm appointment for bloodwork today, I arrived at 1 pm and was immediately taken to register and back to get my blood drawn. The man who took my blood was super nice and quick, I barely felt a thing! The only drawback is the bathrooms are really outdated. read more

Extremely inefficient staff! I dropped off after their lunch break for a specimen droff-off. First of all they were running extremely slow, the reason being some of them were still on lunch (way after their typical lunch hours). I decided to wait around to avoid having to drive back on a rainy day. In the meantime, I decided to politely check with one of the staff members on how long would it take before I'd be able to drop off my specimen since I had to be somewhere else an hour later. I was told in about a few mins. A few mins later, they did ask me to wait in one of the rooms. However, 20 mins had passed by after I entered the room and I was still waiting to drop off my specimen.I decided to walk by the reception and see what was going on since a specimen drop off should not be taking so much time. However, when I came out, I saw the nurses attending the patients who had come way after me (Also wo appointments), completely indifferent to me waiting inside. I decided to walk out right then.
