Outside looks dirty with old garbage in the bushes. Inside appeared clean, looks like it was painted recently The problem is there is just one employee in here at Tuesday 10AM. Not one tech, one employee doing checkins, phones, checkouts, and the labs. I've been here an hour. Only ones that have been called have an appointment. For me and the other 5 walkins, looks like it will be hours wait. I hope I don't get kicked out when she takes her lunch break. This is not acceptable. I wish my Insurance still took quest. They usually had at least 5 people working with multiple techs. I feel bad for the one employee. She is doing her best to remain cheerful around a bunch of grumpy hangry people. read more

I am someone who avoids bloodwork at all cost because I am terrified of needles. I couldn't skip it this year, but thankfully I had Tasha was AMAZING! Super light hand didn't even feel the needle at all, and she was very calming throughout the whole process. 10/10 experience! So grateful for Tasha! read more

I was very happy with this center. I was traveling and asked my doctor to send in the script for blood work. I got there and the script hadn't been called in yet. Destiny said she'd call when she received it and she did. Tammy was an excellent blood drawer. The place was bright and clean. I was very pleased with the whole experience. read more

The worst experience! Rude and unprofessional receptionist. Clearly she did NOT want to be at work, and was rude and yelling at me because she did not understand the doctors order. I finally had my blood drawn under unspecified. Then while I was having blood drawn, the receptionist came back to the room I was in and told the technician that Lab Corp was making her work while her child was having surgery at St. Mary's hospital, and that Lab Corp was low staffed and she could not have the day off. She said she was putting a business before the care of her own family, and clearly not happy about it. The receptionist verbally put my doctor down because she did not understand order. read more

It's location in a failing strip mall is just the beginning. I expected a clean and pleasant environment for a medical lab. This place is anything but. It smells of some strange odor somewhere between body odor and disinfectant but really doesn't appear clean. The people seem to be in their own little world and not particularly in any hurry. Whenever I go for a routine blood test it always seems to take 45 minutes to an hour. I have complained to my doctor and he said that he has spoken to Lab Corp. but they seem to be the only game around. read more

Very dirty location, inside and out! bugs crawling on the walls and the floor in the waiting room. If you go here without an appointment or you show up early for your appointment, the computer will not work and the people who work here will be very rude to you! If you go with an appointment, you will still wait more than 30 minutes! The check-in computers do not work, they do not answer the phone systems nor is there anyone at the window and if you interrupt them when they come out the door to tell them the computer doesn't work, you will be severely reprimanded. I thought maybe it was just my interpretation of these very rude people but a pregnant lady tried to check in early for a glucose test and asked for the glucose solution early so that she could actually do the test at her appointment time because the glucose test required drinking A solution an hour before the test. They refused to give her the solution and told her she had to wait for an hour to take the solution at her appointment time and then she would have to wait for the test for another hour. During a time of Covid, most people do not want to wait in a waiting room for many hours, especially one that is extremely dirty! read more

Worst possible "lab" ever. Smells like bo, receptionist has extremely poor communication skills. Exam room and adjacent bathroom are dirty and look like a bar backroom. There are giant urine stained zip ties holding the toilet lid closed. I need another shower just thinking about it. read more

I was sent to this labcorp location for the purpose that I would be able to receive a discount or payment plan due to me being a self pay patient. Making an appointment was convenient and so was checking in. However when I went in I was very displeased. The location wasn't the best and their facility didn't feel the cleanest. I went in with my mom because I tend to pass out during blood work and was nervous. When I walked up to the window I was met with 2 employees that were frantically looking for something and yelling at a patient. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was anyway she could tell me the price of the blood work and she gave me an attitude and told me to give her a minute. When she gave me the order with the price of the bloodwork I asked if that was with or without the discount and again was met with an attitude saying that she didn't know who told me that but that they don't offer that. So I told her that my doctor told me and that's why I was there. She then told me that my doctor doesn't know anything about them because she doesn't work there and shouldn't be authorized to tell me about their deals. My mom and I were talking amongst ourselves on whether we should check a different lab. So then a different employee said that she used to work at the lab I wanted to check out and said that it would be more expensive to go there. So I was too uncomfortable to stay there so I just walked out and went to a different lab. Sort of felt like I was at a Dunkin' Donuts drive thru. read more

I had a great experience at this location. Make an appointment and check in at the kiosk to the left. Very simple and easy to use. Clean facility and staff was friendly. Had blood test done. Quick painless and they found vein first time with no problems. Will go back next year for yearly exam. read more

I had to go here instead of my typical lab due to my new insurance only covering LabCorp for lab work and I am completely disgusted. It is disgusting inside, super dirty, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time. The television doesn't even work properly, going in and out. As soon as you walk in it stinks; smells heavily like cigarette smoke and body odor. The smell is overwhelming and nauseating, the worst part I cannot get past. Not a place I want to be to do my blood work. Staff appeared disinterested, and unprofessional having unrelated conversations loudly. If it wouldn't be so expensive to pay out of pocket I would rather go anywhere else for my bloodwork. read more
