I never leave reviews, but as an out of towner who isn't local I want others in my position as a…read moremother to know what you are dealing with. I came in requesting a simple strep test for my 3 year old. Instead, without a doctor seeing us first three other tests were run, one of which I was never notified about (RSV). The other tests cost $300. I had already spoken with my pediatrician who told us just get a strep test, I told this to the person taking the vitals before we saw a dr. They ran tests without my consent that cost hundreds of unnecessary dollars. The doctor was kind. Spent 60 seconds confirming my child has strep. Which I already knew from sending my doctor pictures and videos. This visit cost $500. The office manager was very difficult and refused to work with us or understand our side of the story and demanded payment immediately. This was the worst urgent care experience I've ever had. They did NOTHING. Dr Lecher gave him a couple IM injections along with medications to help with the pain in his neck. He is the only doctor that cared enough to help. Though temporary, my son's pain level went from 10 to 5 and was even able to work a few hours this week. Many thanks to FastERcare
