Routine blood work time. Made a reservation online via their website for 7:45am. Received an email and text with checkin instructions. You can now check in via your car. Yep! Just click the link in the email when you arrive, sit in your car and they'll text you when it's your turn. They also still have the self check kiosks inside. Seating is spaced out per social distancing. And masks are optional. Staff was friendly and I was in and out. Love the new processes. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. second time I've been here and had an issues with the same front desk lady. Arrived about 10 minutes early, checked in my mom immediately and had all of the paperwork ready to go. Around 9:50 I checked the screen and it say I was a walk in and when I asked the front desk lady she used air quotes and said, Youre going to have to wait in line like everyone else even if u got here at "9:20" I said okay and waited . Its 10:30 and no word. when my mom went up to the front desk she talked in a baby voice and told her to not worry and sit down and wait. She didn't get called until 10:50. This lady legit lied in both of our faces and said her appointment was at 10:30, even though the paperwork and the email I had pulled up said 9:30. Don't waste your time here, go to Quest ! Would've wanted her to be honest about the wait time instead of lying and giving attitude. read more

The front office was extremely rude. All I asked was how long the wait time was she said 30/40 minutes, then she was asked later and she sad over an hour I didn't hear her and she replied very rudely. It's the one in Sun City and I will never go back there. read more

I'm reviewing this place as 1-star for one reason: the site coordinator Tamala. She is the first person you talk with when you check in, and she's definitely not a people person. She rude and obviously doesn't want to be there. No idea why she's upfront with the customers. The real kicker was that I had to get bloodwork done for two doctors, and Tamala told me that one form had everything that the other had, so just to have one doctor forward the info to the other. Later when I went to get my bloodwork done, I asked the lady drawing my blood to confirm. Tamala heard me ask for confirmation and got upset and berated me, saying "What, you don't trust me?" and gave me the stink eye. It's completely reasonable to ask for a confirmation, so I don't have to come back to wait another hour and get poked by a needle again. Way to ruin my morning, Tamala. Everything else at this place was fine. Pretty long wait, but that's my fault for not making an appointment. The lady drawing my blood was nice and did her job well. read more

I was cautious reading the past reviews even though they are old. I had a wonderful experience. The two young women up front were friendly and Liz who drew my blood was extremely quick and efficient. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Cant say enough great remarks about this location. read more

I set the appointment at 7.30 and arrive ten minutes early. They are horribly overbooked-- ensuring profits are maximized at the cost of patient service. The people are as unhappy as this roomful of pissed off patients. Why is it that medical providers feel somehow entitled to make us all hurry up to wait for an hour or more to ensure that their lives are kept as convenient as possible? Did all my paperwork online, put in my insurance which is Medicare and Florida blue. Florida blue is basically bc/bs and a supplement to Medicare. No one has ever not taken Florida blue. I got an 8:30 appt. Which had to be fasting. Did they tell me online when I put in my insurance info that they don't take Florida blue. Avoid this office like you would avoid a plague!!!!!! I have visited this location at least three times already and yet still have never actually been seen. Every time i attempt to have my labs drawn at this office its a fail. For one they are rude at the front desk, now granted i have gone there without an appt to be seen as a walk in only because when I check the website it states 6 min wait but when you get there you are told the wait is at least 2-3 hours. On another visit like today I was told it would be a short wait well that short wait turned into an hour and a half and still didn't get labs drawn. When I went to let the front desk girl to let her know its been longer than just a few like she had stated she didn't even bother to make eye contact with me and just continued to shuffle through her folders. So I kindly told her I am leaving and I will make an appt at another location by my doctors office instead. Its much further away but the service is way better as they are never rude there and are on point with the waiting time. After going to the Labcorp on Dale Mabry and North Blvd 3 times in attempt to have labs drawn I will never be going there again. When I told the lady to just take me off the check in schedule bc I was leaving she didn't even ask me for my name she just said OK and kept it moving like oh well one less person to process. If I could give a black minus zero star I would. Customer service was horrible. The front desk has no concept of empathy or manners. I can tell you all about her daughter and her outfit. She was that loud and inconsiderate. The only one worth keeping as an employee would be Jackie the tech who took care of me. Nasty. The staff is rude and obviously hates being there. The front desk receptionist was very short and rude. Luckily I made an appointment and did not have to wait but when I went back to do my labs the restroom was covered in urine, all over the entire toilet and it of course, smelled awful. Again, I had a great experience today at this location. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the check in procedure was very smooth. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The lady that took my blood was wonderful. I have had 2 cancers so my veins are shot from years of chemo and tests. She got a great vein the 1st time and there was no pain at all. It has always been difficult to draw my blood. Susan was excellent. Very skilled and personable. I will always ask for her. Check-in by cell phone was very efficient. Everyone there was so nice. I was 10 minutes early and they called me right at my appointment time. Best lab yet. read more

I pull up to this location at exactly 3:27pm and walk up only to see that they were already closed before the time shown on the sign at the door of 3:30pm. If you say you're open until 3:30pm then stay open until the noted time. read more

I received a home kidney screening test which was missing the castile towelettes. I called my insurance company who waited with me a good 20 minutes for Labcorp "customer service". The rep knew NOTHING and offered no recourse for how to get 2 simple towelettes! She told me to go to the lab. Should be an interesting trip Monday, especially after reading these reviews! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Only when customers/patients start walking out 5 minutes past their appointment time, will Labcorp start honoring the "appointment time" they set. Would give zero stars if I could. I had a 48 hour window to complete a blood test for grad school and I made an appt at this location as soon as I could. I drove all the way there and the receptionist just stared at me and told me their drug screening system was down. She told me to drive to another location. Terrible service. I think they should give a courtesy call to those who scheduled a drug screen if their system is down. read more
