Even though they are a walk-in only clinic and take no appointments, I was worried that we would have to wait a terribly long time. However, that has not been the case. They do a great job with moving patients through but also didn't feel rushed by the practitioners once we got back there. I took my 3 yr old twice in the last month and they have treated her like a princess. I'm so grateful they put her at ease because that calms a momma's heart. She was treated for an ear infection and a virus. Poor thing is always getting sick, but that's just this time of year. I'm very grateful for White Oak Urgent Cate and for the great care given to my daughter.

My mom had a knee replaced this week. We came from Boone, NC, because she had previous surgeries…read moreon that knee so it was more complicated than a normal replacement. Surgery was successful and Dr. Shields was very nice. The best part was the care she received after in the Stichts Building on the second floor. The nurses were great, physical therapy was great, but the person who really stood out was Christi the nursing assistant. She was always so happy and helpful! We were lucky to have her helping us each and every day. I would highly recommend this hospital!

The way I work I sometimes have to change my appointment and they are very gracious when I have to.I have Dr Mosier as my Doctor and he is amazing. He listens to all of my concerns and never rushes me. When I have blood work they are always calling to give me results the minute they get them. I have had to see Kim when I need to be seen without an appointment and she is amazing. For a person who does not like going to the doctor I could not have a better place to go to have this as my medical facility. I would rate them a 100. Thank you to the staff and Doctors for amazing care.

Was seen on 5/6/2025. Only had one provider and the wait was long. Went at 0830. No MD. A NP but he was very nice and knowledgeable.
