Came in with 3 paper printout prescriptions. He explained that their system is down and couldn't do it. He then asked me again which medicine I did not want. He took one prescription out. Turns out he took the most important medicine. Probably by MISTAKE!!! But that SINGLE mistake could cause someone's life!!!
