Review of Lab Corp at 115 Fries Mill Road, Turnersville. I am very anxious when it comes to getting bloodwork done. My friend told me the name of an amazing Lab Corp tech that would calm my anxiety so I wanted to make sure I was going to get my bloodwork done on the day this tech was working. I called on 11/26 and 12/2, left a message both times asking if they would please call me back, explaining I am very anxious about getting this done, I heard this tech was amazing, etc. NEVER got a call back. Come to find out I was calling the wrong Lab Corp, but even in calling the wrong office 155 Fries Mill Road could have called me to let me know that tech didn't work in their office. Very disappointing. Thanks for not caring about your potential patients. read more

I stopped by LabCorp today and noticed the sign on the door states that you close at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:18 PM, but there were signs on the sign-in kiosk indicating that the location was closed, and a young lady at the front was informing people that they were no longer taking patients and directed us to the main hospital, which opens at 5 PM. read more

They're very unfriendly staff and don't welcome anyone when they walk through the door, seem miserable and act like I'm doing them a huge disservice by even being here. This is my second time here now and it's the same thing both times. They all look at my through the glass and give no direction, there is no sign in sheet so I'm just standing here waiting. They are behind the glass doing anything else and again, even just like a hi we'll be right with you, nothing. Next time I'll drive the extra time to go to a different labcorp where they're not so miserable. read more

this is my second time using this facility thought the first time was a fluke but it is now an hour after my scheduled appointment. I've seen people with no appointments, people who came in after me, etc go in and no real answer until I asked the woman three times in which she ignored me the first two. Only here to take a urine test for a new job and was treated as if I am an issue! POOR SERVICE don't come here. Said short staffed both bad experiences first time I understood this time it's an issue. read more

It is a very busy Labcorp, but I have always had pleasant experiences with them. My favorite tech would be Stacy and Jack(?). Stacy is always pleasant and efficient. Jack is the same. People always have a hard time finding a vein to extract my blood, but this is not the case with the techs here. If you have kids, this is the place to bring them for laboratory work. They are always nice and patient. read more

Not sure what is happening with Labcorp but it is utterly horrible. A place of business like this who is responsible for seeing patients all day long should not be run this poorly. The employees treat their patients/customers like they are bothering them. I don't know where management is and who makes the decisions on how these places are run but they should lose their jobs. Zero accountability or customer service! You can no longer talk to a front desk person so if you have a question or concern, good luck! I understand having kiosks for check in but being in a medical service industry, this should NOT replace a helpful person who isn't angry when you have a question. Giving the majority of their patients are elderly, this is horrible. My personal experience was only to pick up a doctor ordered home test. The kiosk had NO choice or instructions on that so I signed in using the "other" choice on kiosk. The waiting room was packed with no seats so I went outside to try to call them on the phone to see if I had to wait. No answer...went back in and caught someone at the window. Asked her if I needed to wait for the specimen kit...she said no and asked for my name. Brought the kit out and I had to ask her what to do when I bring it back. She said sign on at kiosk and check "specimen drop off". Went back with the specimen and did what she said. Had to wait in full waiting room again. Half hour later, I get called back. The woman said (rudely) "all you had to do is drop off in the bin" and points to it. I asked her how was I supposed to know that if no one told me. There was no sign and the bin is in the back where you can't see it. Oh and forgot to mention, my doc told me to follow the instructions for the home sample...except they didn't put any instructions in the kit. So I had to try to call them...no answer. Finally pressed the option for medical professionals and got a hold of a service rep who was incredibly rude and of NO help. I asked for a supervisor and after 10 minutes was put on with one who was helpful and gave me the instructions. Unbelievable...if you can avoid using Labcorp do so at any cost. If not, be prepared to be treated like a subhuman while you are going through medical issues. You might be better off just going to an ER to get the tests you need! read more

Stacy is awful and should not be in the front as she is a reflection of the company because she is the first person you interact with. She is highly disrespectful and need some professional development classes. It is not a good idea to insult a person intelligence by asking them their age because they are not familiar with how information is populated on labcorp system. She is lucky that I didn't let her have it because she definitely frustrated me to the point that I was ready to walk out. I thank the tech that assisted me though...she was wonderful. The leadership their need to address her unprofessional behavior. read more

Today I needed to come here to get my sons blood work done. First time at this location. It was super crowded like really crowded but when you come in you sign in at a kiosk and submit ur ID into machine and type in ur info. Then you take a seat and wait to be called to the window. It did take awhile but I bumped in to one of my awesome coworkers so we sat and chatted and time flew by. So it was a win win situation lol. Anyway they called us back and the staff was really nice and then my son had his blood drawn. I am giving it four stars even though it was crowded because it was probably crowded cause of the holidays and people being off and trying to get all their stuff done while being on vacation. The four stars was for the staff and how nice they were. Glad we came to this location. read more

My favorite location to get blood work done thanks to "Tee" she is the best! I look forward to seeing her and feel comfortable with her finding my vein with no problems. She is patient with me and has such a great personality! read more
