Been going to this place for years never had any issues complaints that's why I went today never expecting the experience I had which was an utter outrage. So the nurse or whoever talks to you in beginning right before dr comes in shouldn't be working anymore she literally asked me at least 5 times in a row are you allergic to anything which between her which was already too much and the dr I was extremely angry. Then I'm telling you never experienced anything like this she says so you do drugs but the way she was with that hard to explain how it made me feel so I was literally about to be like you know what you got me at that point just to be a smart ass yes I take every thing there is just before I came in I put up my butt like what is wrong with you lady who does what you do and if you do this with everyone how hasn't anyone complained she was old probably way past retirement age but come on needless to say that experience was so horrendous I will definitely not be going back after all these years. They either need to have a talk with that lady or tell her she needs to retire or let her go. I had my whole evening planned but after that experience I was done for the night so did nothing got nothing done ruined whole night never expected that's why I went when I did went by previous experience. read more

It was a Sunday, so my primary was closed and I needed to be seen that day because I suspected I had pneumonia. I got there at 3:50 on a Sunday and they closed at 4:30, so I thought that was plenty of time to be checked in and be taken care of, the front desk did a quick check in but that's where the quality service stopped. When Dr. Roache walked in, she completely blew off my theory of having pneumonia, even tho my symptoms match that, just gave me a covid/flu test that she told me the results would be on the portal later that night (which never showed up on there). Told me to continue taking the antibiotic that I was taking, I looked up the side effects of that one after starting to feel sick and they are trouble breathing, coughing and some had cases of pneumonia from it. I was taking that antibiotic for a UTI that I got a couple of days earlier. I had to beg her for a different antibiotic to help with whatever respiratory infection I had, since she wouldn't help me find out exactly what I had and refused to give me a chest x ray. So I went home without a diagnosis, while coughing a lot and having severe asthma. No prescription cough syrup or z pack just the new antibiotic that I had to beg for. She told me if I felt worse then I should go to the ER. Don't go to this urgent care unless you want to waste your time and money. Update: I went to Optum urgent care today and got the care patients should be receiving. The doctor there said that the antibiotic that Dr. Roache gave me wouldn't treat pneumonia anyway, so that means Dr. Roache at Cooper sent me out the door without taking care of my severe coughing and trouble breathing knowing that I have asthma. At optum I got a chest x ray which verified that I do have pneumonia and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic and z pack, that actually treat pneumonia and said I'd be feeling better in a couple of days. I recommend Optum urgent care on the black horse pike, if you need to see a doctor quick that will actually provide care. Then more than 24 hrs later the results of my negative covid test were posted on the portal. I went on line today Sunday June 8 and made an appointment. I left my home right away and I reached urgent care in Audubon in less than 15 minutes. I was signed in immediately and taken to the back where my vitals were taken. I had been there on Wednesday and my ear was still giving me problems. A few minutes later the dr came in and we discussed the reason why I was there again and he checked my ear. I needed stronger antibiotics and a decongestant for my earache. Everyone was so professional and pleasant as usual. I don't bother going to emergency rooms anymore since they opened this urgent care. Thank you so much! read more

Disengenuous billing practices, lackluster staff, and price gouging. I have come to expect medicine to operate as a for-profit enterprise, but I did not expect to have to pay nearly $400 out of pocket to an in-network provider for treatment for a UTI: a 30 minute visit that resulted in a simple urine sample and antibiotic script. I didn't even get a call with my results! Anyway, where was the discrepancy? Why do I owe $400? Apparently, Cooper elected to send my sample for testing at their hospital's lab-- despite alternative, less costly sites being available-- and coded my visit as an out-patient hospital visit. So, my insurance and co-pay covered the "facility cost" associated to urgent care, but my lab testing is somehow considered as a hospital visit. My $50 copay at Patient First provided me with the same testing services a few months ago with no additional charge. Needless to say, make sure you are proactive when asking about service costs, particularly those which they might arbitrarily decide are more of a hospital visit than an urgent care visit. I can't imagine what else they might get away with. read more

I have visited this center two times before and have always had a good experience. A quick visit to their website can give a good idea of the wait time and one can sign in for a visit to arrive so that time is minimal. The nurses and doctors are always very nice, knowledgeable, listen well, and ask lots of questions to ensure they understand the problem. I'm a Cooper patient so they always have access to my records and make this visit part of that. read more

Great place to go when you just need a quick diagnosis/prescription for a non-complicated illness. So much easier than going to my primary care physician. Staff is super-friendy, professional, does their best to get you in and out in a timely and efficient manner. Especially the front desk staff and medical assistants. The doctors can take awhile sometimes... It's also great because you can schedule your appointment online to minimize the time spent sitting in the waiting room. read more

To spend $80 and have their nurse say "I am not sure what that is either but I am not too concerned." Guess who is concerned and just wasted $80?! QUICK RECAP: I came in with a dog bite- puncture wounds that were too deep, and wide to stop the bleeding. I came in to get the wounds treated and stop the bleeding. RESULT: I was told no stitches were needed to stop the bleeding, and I said that I did not think the bleeding would have stopped without stitches. The nurse had me wash out my wounds with faucet water (saline should have been used to avoid spreading infection- minor point) NO ANTISEPTIC of any sort was used at all. WTF!?! Look at the pics. NO ANTISEPTIC- nothing was used to clean the wounds. No alcohol swaps or anything like Neosporin- antibiotic creams, or anything at all. Nurse applied Sterile Strips incorrectly (see pics- sloppy job), and did not bother even to cover the open wound holes. I had to request both antibiotics and that my wound be covered at least with a wrap. I left the hospital, and just resting my hand on the steering wheel reopened the wounds, and my hand was BLEEDING and soaked through many layers of wraps instantly. I went back immediately, and was probably gone for less than 10 minutes. The head nurse took over- I pointed out that I was bleeding and needed my wounds fixed properly. She stated that the first nurse had made a determination. I pointed out all the blood, and she kept saying that some "leaking" was normal. Leaking at this point might have been a little oozing thin, clear and a little thicker than water gunk- that is "Leaking" - I was clearly bleeding, which was why I was there in the first place was to stop the bleeding. This was insulting and absurd- "leaking" does not soak through wraps with blood instantly. The nurse refused to do anything else even though it was obvious that may hand was going to continue to bleed. I have pics showing that the Sterile Strips were also placed incorrectly. My hand continued to open up and bleed for the rest of the day Friday 6/3 (I kept my hand resting as much as possible), and the next day Saturday 6/4 it bleed badly as well (see photo.) On Sunday 6/5 it was still bleeding occasionally, but less so. However, it was infected somewhat. What was really annoying was the nurses attitudes- refusal to acknowledge that they had botched the job as I was obviously bleeding. The condescension like I had done something wrong b returning and asking for help with the bleeding. AND just the overall incompetence of not even bothering to apply antiseptic at all, and botching badly the simple task of applying Sterile Strips, having to request several times for antibiotics (which I only got because my wife is a doctor and insisted over the phone) for a dog bite that punctured both sides of my hand, having to also make a big deal of requesting that the open wounds be covered to help staunch the bleeding that was bound to occur from their lousy first aid, and to obliviously avoid infection and contamination. read more

Over the weekend I took my three year old daughter to this urgent care. Our wait time was minimal, however, from the moment we went in the back to the room panic struck. The staff were incredibly calming doing everything they could to ease her fear such as getting her a coloring book and listening to my lungs first before hers. Once the diagnosis was determined we were discharged quickly. When we got home she was eager to tell her mom she went to the drs and they're going to help her feel better. Came here with no insurance for my dad's bad cough. Paid 225 with x-ray included to check for pneumonia. He didn't have it thank God. Everyone here was nice, they threw in a breathing treatment for free. Offered us the cheapest place for perscriptions and did a thorough investigation of the issue. Five stars. read more

I was evaluated in person at the Audubon Center. I was able to schedule online and was seen as soon as I completed registration. The staff were warm, caring and very professional. I had an injury and was examined and then received an X-ray. I was given care instructions and referred to a specialist. I have used the center before and return because of the high quality of care. Apparently you get to but in front of everyone if you know someone who works here...there was about 8 patients waiting included a couple small children and here comes a mom with her daughter in that had a small wound in her mouth ( child not crying and no blood) instead of the nurses saying she can't but in front of the line they say we can "see" u on the side to let you know if you need to go to ER. As I'm watching I see the nurse come back to give the secretary her info to get the paperwork started. This is complete bullshit and won't be coming back here again. read more

Great service but that was it. I went in with high fever. After a throat swab I was told it was pharyngitis of the viral kind. Tell you the truth I didn't even feel the cotton swab touching my throat. Nor was there any result of the throat swab in the discharge paper. I mean like a scientific analysis of the swab. Maybe they don't do that kind of thing. My fever kept getting worse. Next day I went to my pcp who diagnosed it as tonsillitis and prescribed me a Z pack. I feel better now although i still have a low grade fever. Shudder to think what would have happened if I had waited another day I don't know which doctor was right but the z pack saved the day and maybe this might not be the first place I think of the next time read more

Feels brand new, clean, very friendly staff, no wait to check in or see the nurse or doctor. $30 copayment (Cigna). Wish I could give them a 0. Terrible service in office. Repeatedly sent bills and repeatedly sent insurance information even though was given at time of service. Get collection agency notice and confirm with my insurance company that they have not received any bills from here. I call the customer service number to be told that they finally received our insurance information on 7/5 but it went to Collections on 7/2 so nothing they can do. I say, I sent you information 3 times plus my husband gave you information on day of service, I have confirmed with insurance they have never received a bill from You. They then claim they can't talk to me because this is for My husband. Seriously you just gave me information on the account. The supervisor says well we need to speak with your husband to confirm we submitted bill. I say I am confirm you did not send it. She keeps saying we can't talk to you. Talk about medical fraud! This place is top notch all the way. There is NEVER a wait, the facility is always clean, the staff is great and you can't beat their co pays(depending on your insurance of course). I've been to the Audubon location twice for asthma attacks and I have NO complaints. Urgent care is just that, URGENT CARE! If you want a hospital, go to the ER and allow them to rack up thousands of dollars on unnecessary things. If you think you know how to do the doctors and nurses jobs better than they do, than do it yourself. This location is exactly two streets away from us, and you can bet that unless it's an extreme emergency I won't be going to the ER ever again. Dr. Corbett Smith was my Dr. earlier today and she was awesome. My nurse was Lynn and she was awesome as well. She was really good with my two year old who was with me at the time. read more

Had a horrible sore throat for over a week. Went here and was told it was due to post nasal drip. Couldn't stand the pain and went to an ENT doctor for a second opinion. Post nasal drip? Nope, turns out I had bacterial tonsillitis. The NP at this place didn't exam my throat well enough. If she had she would have seen the white spots on my tonsils. read more

Husband told doctor his allergies were bee strings, doctor writes "beef containing products". Also because my husband did not have insurance at the time the lady at the front desk told him to see a doctor would cost $125 which we paid right away. The doctor looked at him for a moment and told him to see a specialist. Two weeks later we receive a bill i the mail saying we only paid half the day of visit. Avoid at all costs. I went in for a rash, they gave me a prescription and said if it doesn't work to come back in 2 weeks. The prescription lasted me about 3 weeks, didn't work so I went back. They then provided me with a second prescription that did not work. I was charged the full amount for the 2nd visit and when asked why they told me because when I came back I didn't meet the required time frame which was 5 days. How could I go back within 5 days when they told me I had to wait 2 weeks? Customer service did nothing to help when i called them and asked for assistance, plus I still have the rash.
