I'm not used to paying anything for lab work in the past so now I have to find a lab store and this new one was in an area that I frequent daily so it's a no brainer. Daphne would be the face of the business who helped me on my first experience getting my own lab work, she was a little green her self and you could tell she was new so I was very patient so we could get through this. She was very helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote for my needs. Even though we were both a little green she made my first experience with getting outside lab work very painless and less frustrating than dealing with the hospital affiliated clinic in my neighborhood that I go to. Daphne called me to let me know that she forgot to give me my paperwork which is no big deal because I have to drive past them to go home. When I went back I meet the owner of the franchise and asked if they and Daphne were new and he said yes so I told him that Daphne did a great job with my first outside lab work experience and that I would be back in the future. I'm happy to have Ins. even though it's changed a little when I read about all crazy expensive market policies that people can't afford like a second a mortgage.

She answered all my questions and it was clear she was doing all she could to keep things moving despite being completely overbooked and understaffed. Labcorp clearly prioritizes profit over people, they deliberately overbook their appointments knowing fully that their locations are never staffed well enough to handle the amount of appointments booked. You can expect a wait even if you have an appointment. It's very much not the fault of any of the staff at the location though. Labcorp--treat your employees better! Your customers and employees both suffer when you run your locations like this.

I have a friend in western United states that does this twice a year and if he count is high enough she doesn't need a vaccination. I paid $105.00 in advance for the test and I would get the results back in 24 hours. Five cdays later I called and they said they mailed them out. Several days I received the results. No antibody count! I visited my doctor last week and showed him the test and told him why I took it. In a very professional way he said he wouldn't have taken it as it doesn't make any sense! So I am out $105.00 with no information. WhenI initial went to the office there seemed to be something other than a testing facility and it didn't seem very professional. I was right!

I learned the process from the time a specimen is collected to its disposal. The 'Connection Kitchen' is an open concept where we got to try some food/drinks. The meeting was held on the other side where the was a 'stage'. I also saw the impressive gym with a TRX station and some rowing machines. There're gender neutral bathrooms as well as the traditional ones. Everyone I met was friendly and they seem to enjoy working there!

I made the appointment wanting only thyroid and hormone treatment and I was told they do that all the time. Erica would not listen to me in the appointment and pursued things I did not ask for or want. She did not connect with me or even acknowlege all the things I've done for my health over the years. I took the time to fill out an extensive questionnaire but in the appointment she kept asking me things about what I had already filled out--what a waste of my time and money. I was not only disappointed, but very upset upon leaving there, having paid over $300 for the appointment and getting basically no help at all.

On top of that - she opened a beautiful new location that makes me feel so calm and refreshed after leaving! I also have taken Lakeside Medicine's cooking/healthy eating zoom class/seminar and it was amazing!! Dr Axtell went through a PowerPoint on tons of healthy eating tips and then showed us how to cook 3 or 4 recipes.
