I had to ask her several times to update the search criteria she used for us, and she never made that update. We wound up finding the townhome we eventually purchased on our own. And when we put in an offer, Caroline put all of her energy into advocating for the seller's interests. I really had to fight with her to get her to accept my offer and subsequent negotiations before she would pass them along to the seller's agent. As far as selling my condo, that was a complete disaster. I regretfully accepted a lowball cash offer that I received from a lottery jackpot winner. Caroline was so desperate for her commission that she offered to cut her commission as part of her way of cajoling me into accepting the offer. I spent too much money preparing the unit for market on her advice, and accepted too little in the sale. Joe Cassar may be a better agent, based on the other reviews that I'm reading of this Realty firm.
