Kristen at the agency told me that I was covered for repairs and gave me the approval to make the repairs. She stated I would receive a check for the cost of immediate repairs. Security mutual denied my claim. I had to spend almost $5,000 out of pocket to remedy the damage and stop further damage. The agency refuses to return my emails or my phone calls. The agency knows they are responsible under error and omissions. Either the agency or security mutual will eventually pay this claim. It's just going to take some time in Court in order to get paid back the money I am out of pocket. Kristen lied to me and told me I was covered. The original agent that sold the policy to me no longer works there. The environment was terrible. The owner Roger is only losing more and more business as he doesn't know how to run the insurance firm with integrity. Beware.. buy your insurance elsewhere. Don't be fooled by this fool.
