I was told 3 to 5 weeks. 8 weeks later they finally scheduled a day and then did not show up. When I called to check I was told I would be called back, well that call never came. So I then called and spoke to Daniel and asked him to cancel my order, all he said was that he would take care of it and call me back, which he never called me back. So then I called and spoke to our salesperson, Tina, she said we had a cancellation fee, Daniel never mentioned that, and she would call me back, which she never did.
