They ended up showing up at my house the day before my appointment and then reported it to my warranty place that nobody was home. When in fact, my appointment was the next day. The next day showed up they never showed up. When they would show up, they could never seem to get to my house much before 6 to 7 PM. When we finally got the correct part and Bernie showed up to put part, in I'm sitting in my living room and under his breath I can hear him swearing obviously things weren't going well for him. Then after he leaves, I get a text from him that says ma'am you need to call there's a problem with your warranty so I I said what's the problem he said warranty says that you said we never showed up for our appointment I said well you did today, but you didn't yesterday when I had an appointment. well when they call you or if they call you, please tell them I showed up. I will never recommend Bernie's to anybody friend or not a friend and the next time I need work done it will not be Bernie's.

Then, you'll probably have to threaten legal action to get him to come back (3 weeks later) after he said it would only be a couple of days, and install the part. If you confront him with the discrepancies, he will get belligerent with you, but then tell you he will bring you the difference the following Monday, which of course he doesn't!
