They charged me $75 and told me it would be a day or so. A week later I still wasn't contacted. None of my emails or phone calls were returned. I finally went in person and was told there would be an additional $225 to address my issues. I told them the computer didnt cost $300 and declined their service Despite the fact they had NO FOLLOW THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND TOOK AN ADDITIONAL WEEK ( COSTING ME BUSINESS) I RECEIVED NOTHING FOR MY !$75. I felt I was being EXTORTED and emailed FACET MAIN OFFICE. To date I have received NO RESPONSE. This company has NO INTEGRITY and could care less about customer service. NEVER do business with Facet!!!

Absolutely unprofessional to go along with terrible work. It's crazy I should have checked here first. This Terry guy is unbelievably unprofessional and lies in literally every negative review. Don't go here - do yourself a favor. Dudes an asshole. Terry read your reviews here bud. Continue to treat your customers horribly and your business will suffer. I stand by everything I said - was lied to on multiple occasions and nothing was done to make my experience better. I paid $50 to be called an asshole by the "business owner" who worries more about lying on negative reviews than he does making things right. Again go to Best Buy and save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this man.
