Very fair bid and we hired him. Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business. Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain. We noticed a leak. Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it. He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work). He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major. Their concrete manager came out to look at it. Didn't follow up until I had to call him. And then he says their records say that the mix was correct. Must have been saw dust that froze! Dude, Saw dust doesn't cover an entire 32x42 foot slab! doing research online it's evident what happened. The aeration process they use in cold weather didn't work!
