They charged me twice in the month of December and the worst part it wasn't even opened for the whole month. They are impossible to get in touch with. They do not reply to messages on their Instagram page and the phone number on here is no longer is service. The other one that they say is the contact never answers when you call. The only thing consistent they are consistent with is taking your money every month.

The membership charge went thru that day @ 1224am, I asked for it to be returned they basically said no. because I needed to do it the day before... mind you sure that makes sense, but realllllly... a few hours into the next day warrants a whole months billing... I think not. Sure I take responsibility for not canceling sooner... but I also can leave a 1 star review as I WILL NEVER USE THIS GYM again. However, the facility's cleanliness is a major issue. The locker rooms and changing areas are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, during my last visit, we actually saw a rat running through the gym. It's a shame because the coaching is some of the best in Orange, but the lack of hygiene is a serious health concern that needs to be addressed immediately. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in a deep clean and pest control, as it currently detracts from an otherwise great training environment.
