Don't expect to get an especially warm welcome here. After coming here an endless amount of times, I have yet to receive warmth. I was so excited to go to Base after doing a ton of research online but as our luck would have it, it poured rain the whole time we were in Porto. They were closed so we didn't get to have a drink here. All of the tables are outdoor so try and hit it on a nice day if you can. Hopefully I can try it someday!
