For what I saw was available on the website after checking im afraid that my poor husband was taken by this shop. He tried to do something sweet and paid almost $45 dollars for 3 carnations, maybe 5 daisies and 2 roses with a bunch of filler. There's no universe that a vase could cost $35 either. How could you charge that much?? I should've felt happy that he wanted to do something nice and instead felt awful that he spent that much on the least expensive flowers possible. I just think he would've had a better chance elsewhere. read more

Lady Di's is best when you let their talented designer take the wheel. If you ask for such and such an arrangement, thats what you get and the price is kind of high. I ordered a pink $35 arrangemnt and got a HUGE bouquet-too big for the recipient's desk unfortunately- and it was amazing.Long lived too.So if you have been unhappy with them you probably took too much of the design work on yourself. read more

Wonderful customer service! My husband ordered me flowers online, and this is the florist that put the bouquet together. I called for tips the next day because one of the flowers was already starting to wilt. I came in the next day for a replacement, and since more of them were starting to wilt they made me a whole new bouquet! Bouquet of flowers delivered was not what was purchased. I upgraded to a deluxe bouquet but it looked like the smaller one. It's no wonder there are no actual bouquets posted. Never buying from here again. Total rip off for close to $70 worth of flowers. Maybe they feel like because it was placed online that the person ordering would never see it so they can deliver whatever they want. What a Shame! read more
