Kudos to the clean organized store, but you will pay more money with mediocre service. PS: I bought pressure treated 6x6x8 fence posts, screws, and galvanized hardware for 2x4s. All which were available (same name brand) at big box store located 5 minutes from my house. Big box 10% more affordable. Business has been around for over thirty years. I've used them in the past for parts with good results. I haggled a little before my purchase of the tractor and an accessorie but actually got nowhere. Now since there are several features on the equipment that I needed to modify to suit my needs like the removal of the anti-afterfire solenoid the owner did agree to supply the float bowl bolt so I could remove this feature. After recieving my tractor I returned a few weeks later to get the bolt the owner promised and he acted like he had never talked to me about it. I actually had to purchase a float bowl kit to get the bolt I needed. After spending over two grand with this business I was a little surprised that I was promised this part but had to purchase a kit and it's a common part in any repair shop's tool box that cost less than a buck. What really disturbed me the most was after a few months I had to take a wheel off to fix a flat and what I found was disturbing. The front axle spindles had never been greased. Before a delivery every dealer assembles and inspects the equipment and should take care of everything on the checklist but unfortunately this work was never performed by Lawn and Garden Center. Adding this establishment to my list of businesses to avoid!

If I had been aware of this policy there is no way that I would have made that purchase. My wife returned these earrings for different ones. They told her that their buyer would have some new ones in, in about two months. It was at this time that she found out about the store policy of no refunds. After 2 months they were still waiting. My wife then asked for a refund since they could not produce any new earrings nor did she find anything in the store that she wanted. She went back 3 times. Each time they refused stating the store policy.They now not only have the earrings but are refusing to return our $500.00+ dollars that they have been using for the last year. I have called several times for the owner only to be told that she wasn't in the store. I have done business at this store for at least 60+ yrs. Mr & Mrs Johnson must be rolling in their graves knowing their customers are being treated in this manner. This is a policy that you would expect from a low end store or one going out of business. Not a store that has the reputation that Mr & Mrs Johnson worked so hard for so many years to build. If the store will settle this matter with a cash refund all will o.k. I will up date this review to note that. If not the next step, must regretably, be court. At this point we will NEVER return to this store. Nor will I ever again recommend it. Just the opposite.
