Once I added my selection to the cart, paid via PayPal, filled out the note card, I was done in about 5 minutes. Easy Peasy! The delivery was made early on the day I picked. The lady at the front desk was so understanding and one of the designers stayed to make me something special. We needed to send flowers to a funeral, and this florist was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Ocean Springs. We contacted them and placed an order via telephone. The folks we spoke with were very pleasant, answered all our questions, and provided excellent customer services. When we arrived at the funeral, we were very pleased with the arrangement. It was the most beautiful arrangement at the service. It was full of beautiful fresh flowers and justified the expense. Very disappointed in the selection and service from this florist. For my mother's birthday a couple of months back, I ordered a top-of-the-line tropical & succulent planter in a modern and sleek black rectangular base with pointed edges. Think Japanese Zen garden style plants. The order was made on 1800-Flowers and this was the regional partner. So what did this florist deliver? A round country basket of ugly pink azalea looking flowers. So I paid upwards of $200 and my mother received something not worth $30. The worst part is that they delivered it in one of those country-looking baskets with handles, which is totally not my style! Will send my mother presents from Amazon instead.
