If I could give 0 stars I would ! First off I was so sweet when trying to set up an appointment. She cancelled on me three times . Red flag number 1 . She told me she was tired from driving from miami and I understood . At the studio during the shoot her camera malfunctioned again I understood that's red flag 2. She stopped the shoot to fox the camera issue . Red flag number 3. I paid 200 usd to get 6 edited pictures . I only got one and got blocked after asking for the rest . I will see her in court and I hope she has a great lawyer because you come to Boston trying to scam us over here in Boston you have the wrong city . We are not the nicest people but we also don't play about our money . I don't care if I have 5 followers on Instagram or 2million I treat everyone with dignity and respect because that hard earned money is never something to play with . Everyone deserves to look and feel beautiful as they are and unfortunately photographers like her will mess up a great experience for anyone . I'm so sorry to all those affected by this just know not everyone is the same and we will be more diligent in looking for photographers. You may be great at editing pictures or taking pictures but when you playing games with peoples money or wasting their time that is something that does not sit well with me. She is a great photographer and is very talented, I wont take that away from her. However, her lack of organization, management, punctuality, keeping up with promises, her specials offers, and customer services is having a negative impact on her performance as an overall photographer. My husband and I scheduled a maternity photo shoot with her. She was 2 hours late. As my family and I waited in the hot sun for 2 hrs and half, she promised us additional edited photos. I agreed to her offer. In addition, I was supposed to pay her $200 for the photo shoot that was scheduled because she was running a photo shoot promotion, but I guess she forgot because she made me pay her the original price which is $300. The $200 photo shoot promotion was supposed to include 5 or 6 edited photos. I decided not to argue about paying her the extra $100 because I love her work and my sister who done business with her in the past already informed me how disorganized she was. Therefore, I was not surprised that she never responded to my texts when she failed to give me the additional edit photos that she promised. In addition, she did not edit the main photos that I originally wanted. Also, because she came 2 hrs and half late, when we took the pictures, the sun was out. Therefore, the unedited pictures turned out okay because the sun made it too bright. If she kept up with our actual schedule time which was 11am, that problem could have been avoided. But does she care? No, because she still got paid. She does not care about her customers feelings. She may $300 within 1 hr. As a nurse, I make that money within 12 hrs and I dnt even make that amount because I get taxed. Lesson learned. I would not recommend her. She takes great pictures. She comes off to be very professional at first to get all your money. But after that you can kiss all professionalism goodbye. Shorty is the worse and def gotta be a scammer. I paid her over $500 including a tip because I like to tip when I receive a service. But I clearly should have held off on that tip until after I received these amateur a$$ edits. She ignored my texts and calls over 2 months. To finally send me half done edits. My shoot happened on Sept 23, I got the edits on Nov 16. Like she couldn't bother to remove a wall baseboard from the photo? Then was promised that she would fix them right away and still nothing. THIS PHOTOGRAPHER IS A CON ARTIST. The day of my shoot, a makeup artist told me I should be relieved that she didn't cancel on me. Ironically, the day before my shoot she informed me that her assistant would be taking my pictures because she did not feel well. The shoot with her assistant went fine and, after the shoot, she sent me the raw images and instructed me to select my favorites to be edited. Initially, I selected the gold package, $350 for 8 edits, and have yet to receive anything. After several attempts to contact her, I reached out to the the assistant, and finally got a reply from her. She told me life's issues caught up with her and promised me the edits on 2 occasions. I have yet to receive anything, and she has not responded to any of my messages. I requested a refund rather than the edits, still no reply. The shoot was on December 11, 2019. My daughter scheduled a maternity shoot with ladyE December 2. We had to keep reaching out to her for the photos, the babyshower was on the 22nd. She would continuously promise delivery of the photos. She would claim to be very busy, but there would be time for Instagram posting. She finally delivers the unedited photos. My daughter has reached out for the edited photos(4 free and more at an additional cost). She hasn't responded. I have included photos of me reaching out to her. My daughter has her own text messages via Instagram and imessages. She even has a celebrity friend/family respond to me, but still doesn't provide the finished product. Please don't use her. WORST BIRTHDAY OF MY LOFE. THANKS TO HER & HER BOYFRIEND. I'm upset that I even have to give one star!! I was originally booked for a shoot in NYC that the photographer MISSED. They then rescheduled me for the following week in MIAMI BY ACCIDENT. how inattentive and unprofessional can u be??? I decided to keep the appointment and make the trip since I was heading there for a cruise. I booked a hotel, a makeup artist, brought two outfits. I spoke to her and her husband multiple times to confirm. After I got my makeup done I dressed at the hotel then went to the shooting location. All why her GIANCE TOLD ME DHE WOULD BE THERE. I show up and THEY WERENT THERE AT ALLLLL!!! I was standing in the middle of an open field as beautiful as can be with no photographer!!!!! They are located in Braintree, Massachusetts, I would advise seeking other photographers near the Boston/South Shore area. The husband (Knine Photography) and wife (Lady E photography) was so kind during my Masters graduation shoot. After that the husband made excuses pertaining to his wife being sick and them being busy as to why my final photos I chose to were not provided to me. I stopped hearing from him after about 2 months and had to screenshot the original photos from the gallery link sent for me to use for my event. It's extremely disappointing that a couple can do these meaningful shoots and only cater to who they want. read more

Lady E and her husband are so talented and really made us comfortable at the shoot, so I'll start with that. We took out photos at the end of December. I wanted to use the photos in a celebratory event, for my 10 year anniversary. Lady E caught every aspect of what I wanted. In the raw images. Unfortunately now to date I have not received the 6 edited pictures I paid near $450 for. I've tried over and over to reach out to her, last time I heard from her she promised the following Tuesday, here we are months later and I have not received a thing. I did a photoshoot with LadyEphotography a month ago for my clothing line. My original photographer had an emergency and couldn't make it. I contacted her right away, and she was able to take care of it. I'm glad it happened that way because she made everything easy for me, she was calm and so friendly, she gave me my models directions how to pause and she was even helping with straighten up their hair and clothes. At last, the pictures came out so great, she's just a talent you can't find easy. And I'm glad I was able to work with her. Just like the other review, I tried to get in contact with her about two other pictures she owed me in my package. She stopped responding all together. Photos come out great... but follow through is horrible and she makes promises that she doesn't keep, organizational skills are horrible... responds when booking and waiting for money but after that good luck on getting consistent response...be careful if you are doing anything that is sentimental time is not a factor with her. read more

I wouldn't recommend! She's sweet and all but she lacks organization and management skills. I paid 300 dollars for graduation pics, and it took her weeks to get back to me after constant txting for the pics so I can choose for her to edits, she sent the pics but not once did she ask which ones I choose to be edited, and she never gets back to you. The whole experience sucked from the beginning! We chose a time, date and place and she had to have another person do my pictures because she was out of town and wouldn't make it to take the pictures. Then she said instead of the 200 for her special I would have to pay 250. Then after the pictures happened mid March I contacted her early April for my edits and she told me she had a lot going on so she would edit extras for me at no cost. We are now in June and after speaking with her fiancé/ manager In May I was assured I would be getting my full refund which once again I am yet to receive and they both have stopped responding!
