All complaints were dismissed by the owner without any option for refunding us any portion of the over 10k dollars we spent on catering, bartending, and additional 20% gratuity in the contract. He did not apologize or hold himself or his staff accountable for the poor service and only mentioned that he will take our complaints into consideration.
