I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete.
