I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete. Do not rely on promises to return and finish later.

They sent over…read more2 women in their 70s who said they were not supposed to use step stools and were not supposed to clean anything they couldn't reach. I am 5'3" and they were both shorter than me. They spent an hour on the 2nd floor which was really clean and did not require much attention and failed to apportion appropriate time on the master suite and kitchen. I cleaned very deeply before they arrived and I have to go back and deep clean the elements they didn't get to. 2 women cleaning for 2 hours should have made more of a positive impact. And don't expect these older ladies to clean the kick plate area of the cabinets...I guess they couldn't bend over. Also, they indicated that they could not clean vanity mirror lights because they were too high. This was a huge waste of money for me. I do not suggest using this company unless you are a low grade rental property. I felt sorry for the older women having to clean houses at their age but if a company is getting paid to clean... the person hiring them shouldn't have to clean after they leave. My house was very clean before they arrived and I wanted it to sparkle for MLS photos but this company seriously disappointed. Oh- and don't let me forget this, when I called to make the appointment... I said that windows needed to be cleaned well. Apparently they dont do windows so they were"doing me a favor". Who the hell does not clean their windows when they are selling their house.... Overall, I have no idea how we had such a huge disconnect in expectations...All I know is that I deep cleaned my house and then hired a company for $125 deposit and $168 for time over the original hour for 2 cleaners to make it sparkle... and I need to go back and finish the job. They did not help much and it was pretty much throwing money away.
